Whoever made you believe, dead people are in heaven, I don't know, but the Bible makes us understand that dead people are still in their graves. The prayers of the saints as stated in that verse is not about that of the dead, the holy people.

So, we do pray to Mary and Saints to intercede for us but in no way denigrating the supremacy of Jesus Christ's mediatorship. That's why when we say:

Saints -- pray for us
But When call Jesus Christ, we say "have mercy on us".

There is just too much dirt associated with the Catholic church. A church that embraces same sex marriage, why on earth should u want to continue in their doctrine. The church that has so much of satanic stories attached to it should be totally ignored. Darkness has nothing to do with light they are entirely separate. well, let's not argue that but whichever way u look at it, your earlier statement that prompted me to respond is wrong. just wana correct that notion. You said that:

1 Corinthians 1:2 Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:
the Bible didn't use the word believers, u invented that one yourself thereby u are of the opinion that those sanctified in Christ Jesus are believers "according to the verse" (of which I equally agree). But the same verse does not state or imply that they are saints.
Ofcourse, There are many other saints that are not canonized or celebrated by the church but that's only because of absent of proof. The Church can only canonized the ones they've verified that's why I said only God knows that lived a life of extraordinary Holiness.

It's one thing to believe in what u believe but it's entirely another thing to abuse or castigate others. It either shows an act of desperation or Jealousy or both. You hardly see a Catholic priest criticize another denomination yet must pastors in other denomination will be comfortable enough to preach against Catholicism for the whole sermon.
