7upnigeria: ARREST WHO?
1. Arrest who? You want to arrest people who have probably better ammunitions than you.
2. You have people who have Better intelligence information than you, they probably already know you're coming to get them. OR YOU DIDN'T HEAR WHEN ELRUFAI SAID they have been wire tapping the phone calls of the NSA. Who knows if he give those information to these criminals?
3. You want to arrest criminals with human shields. Many times, they share their kidnapped victims to serve as human shield when government forces come for them, so you have to shoot with care. Then fix the incompetence in the government first. Else, you're just dancing around the bush. |
Politics › Re: Lakurawa Terrorists Attack Mosque In Kebbi, Kill 4 Worshippers, Injure Others by Incognito403: 10:32am On Feb 26 |
7upnigeria: You seem to underrate the capacity of these terrorists, they're not mere criminals. They're religious ideologists greatly funded by both LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATORS, or where do you think they've been getting money to fight their wars since 2010. Do you know how many of their men have been kpaid since 2010?
Lastly, they're not people who have a specific place where they stay and you can go and ARREST THEM. What government does is to gather INTELLIGENCE about their location, go there with ammunitions and NEUTRALIZE THEM. You contradicted yourself a lot in your writing. Guess what, even the government is sponsoring them by paying 2bn ransom. This international funding is more or less a hiax to me. |

7upnigeria: You're a serious clown. Even common arm robber, is it easy to just go and arrest common arm robber. It's not easy but that's the job of intelligence and security. We have more than it takes to the it. If there's the political will. |

7upnigeria: What are you even saying:
Neutralising terrorists ON THE SPOT and waiting for one court to sentence them, which is better? You'll expect that with the United states sending tomahawks and raining missiles on them ON CHRISTMAS DAY will put an end to insurgency, but you dont fight ISLAMIC TERRORISM that way. Even the United States didn't win in Afghanistan that way. You don't know anything. A criminal that lost his life on the battle field is still some kind of honour. Some may see him as a fighter. But catching a criminal alive like a chicken and executing him is the real demonstration of power. |

7upnigeria: State police is a better alternative to this one that the President is expected to send troops to all parts of Nigeria where some troops dont understand the culture and religious practice of the people. In some instances, some State governors and citizens do not accept the approach of the President in fighting terrorism because of difference in RELIGIOUS AND CULTURAL BELIEFS. Countering these terrorists is actually not difficult. Just catch a few. Give them swift hearing then firing squad or hanging. Every other person will think twice or even ten times before enrolling for crime. Crime pays a lot on Nigeria and the punishment is almost absent. Imagine Tinubu spent 2bn for terrorists. What progress do we expect from that? |
Politics › Re: Lakurawa Terrorists Attack Mosque In Kebbi, Kill 4 Worshippers, Injure Others by Incognito403: 9:58am On Feb 26 |
Until we stop painting criminals ethno-religious colours, we will always have them hiding amidst us.
Many people will come online to claim "it's a family matter, nothing comcern me" as if the innocent lives lost are not fellow Nigerians who pay tax and deserve to be protected by the GCFR and minister of defence.
As if crimes do not occur in other parts of the country.
Why would a so-called jihadist make the mosque his primary target when he could have attacked government house, secretariat or Aso Rock?
We must unite to fight insecurity irrespective of political or ethno-religious affiliations. Else, the evil we tolerate today may visit us tomorrow.

If not that Ethiopians are rugged from time immemorial,we wouldn't have have non Arabs in that region. What goes around comes around. Stop the projection and read some history. Muslims never forcefully converted any population in history. I dare you to mention an example. I promise to debunk your fake references and give you an authentic and undisputable case of crusaders cleansing non-christains in return. |

ultraviolet27: dey play but you can go bow down and kiss a black stone in maakah which is more idolatry? Your allah was even an ancient arab moon god not the almighty God in heaven traditionalist still believes in one God oloodumare only they use those mediums(sango, esu, ifa, ogun etc) to worship him and use them as intercessors for them. When I'm on the sea and don't know direction of the kabah, I can pray and face anywhere. The Kabah is only to make Muslims organised and united nothing more. Do you see anyone mentioning the Kabah in supplication? All the arab christians and jews that call God Allah are idolators? Or the hebrew Christians and jews that call God Hashem are idolators because they don't call Him God? You see how illogical your post is? Do you know what is idolation? Calling a mortal like yourself God. Someone that you celebrate his birthday every december. |
