No, university has always been the source 9f moral decadence. Till today you will find the worst morals in university students. Any new immoral act, speech or dressing coming from abroad will most likely first land on our campuses.

Children get damaged beyond repair in the university. So even after school no amount of rehabilitation can help them.

They're usually more decayed than their "uneducated" counterparts especially when it comes to irresponsible dressing and laying.

But it's not because of the education itself. It's because of the values of those who brought the education abd our own disregard for our cultural heritage.
