Properties / House Renting Agency Bussiness by incras52: 4:02pm On Jul 26, 2023
Hello good people, there is a 9 block of flats to rent out soon.

My client wants to register a bussiness(company x) for this purpose.

The bussiness will manage these flats. Can someone share some tips and steps to go about this please. Expectation is that more flats will be rented out by the company

What are the legal questions around this ?
Do i need a lawyer ?
What are the taxing system that could be linked to this bussiness ?

Will appreciate any extra info.

Thanks in advance

Travel / Tuberculosis Test For Uk Tier 2 Visa Application: Urgent Appointments by incras52: 10:41am On Sep 01, 2018
Hi Guyz,

Applied for a tier 2 visa, all relevant documents submitted except tuberculosis test. I have sent an email to book for an appointment with IOM. My understanding is that the tb test and obtaining appointments at the IOM takes time. Apart from what is on the gov.uk website, there are somethings im not very cleared with. Please if you have done this before, kindly advice on below question.

- If you have done this before, how many days wait before your appointment ?
- How long does it take to obtain the test certificate assuming you do not have tuberculosis ?
- Can i use the medical centre in abuja, eventhough i reside in lagos ?
- I have a 10days deadline, starting from yesterday friday, can i still meetup based on the tb test procedures ?
- Is there ANYWAY i could hasten the process to obtain the certificate? i.e pay more or something ?

Thanks in advance for your time,

Hello My fellow Naira people ,

A quick enquiry ,and if you think this has been aswered somewhere ,kindly drop a link to the thread .All ideas highly welcome .

So my mum has been invited to the US for xmas celebration, by her uncle . Invitation letter sent as an "email ",clearly stating his full name and his address. So printing the invitation letter as an email is one option to add to supporting document or transforming it to a word document. She was denied a british visa during my graduation in the UK in 2013 ,due to unclear personal finance papers of hers. To get a clearer picture my mum is 53yrs.

She is a bussiness woman , and no specifics as per monthly income ,depends on how "market be" for the month smiley . Bank account ,is very good. Abeg my naira people, here are my questions

1. Which category of American visa will suit her in this case (Agreed i should check on website, but if u can please share ur idea) ?
2. Apart from the invitation letter from her uncle ,does she need anyother documents from him ?
3. With her bussiness oriented sourceof income ,what documents will you advice her to carry along ?
4. Will you advice she speaks to a travle agent on this one ?
5. How long will it take to process as she is looking to make it for the xmas celebration with him there .
6. Is it wise to buy a flight ticket before applying as i was about clicking the buy button ,before i decided to share this with my fellow naira people .

Will appreciate your response on this .

Warmest Regards
Felix
Investment / Based In London ,looking For Loan In Nigeria by incras52: 9:34pm On Aug 16, 2015
Hello great people of this land aka nairaland,

Possibly my questions might have been asked and answered somewhere in the forum .

Basically i have been out of Naija , for 10years and hustling with Uni and all the stress. Stepped into the labour market and things are quite good basically. I believe in investing at home and was wondering if i could get some advice here .

I am looking to step into real estate market in Nigeria , obviously need cash for this . However i have some key questions

1.) If i have about 6Mil (naira) and a land as a collateral in the eastern part of Nigeria ,can i get a loan from banks in Nigeria even though i am based in London?

2.)Do real estate companies accept instalment payments if you have to buy a property from them ?

3.)Will my Uk payslip/earnings and credit score be of any help if i was to apply for loan in Nigeria ?

Please guyz if my questions sound stupid or u have a link where this has been answered ,kindly drop me the link .

Thanks

Programming / Linux Kernel Process Verification by incras52: 2:48pm On May 02, 2013
Hello Everyone..

The issue is OS (linux) process verification..I have been researching on this topic ,so far i have been able to gather enough information. I am trying to write a linux kernel patch that will verify a scheduled process ,depending on the ip address/port number of the host requesting a service from the kernel(server) of a linux box

My questions are

1)Which files do i need to modify to archive this ?
2) Is it sensible to write an entire patch and recompile the kernel or writing a loadable module ?

While still trying to understand the Uk rules,i got confused a bit...Will be glad if anybody could clear me out.

My elder brother presently holds a british passport,so i was wondering is there any ukba visa type that covers me as his younger brother to obtain a 5year extention visa ?Im presently having my masters degree in the UK.

As regards to the family dependency visa conditions ,i suppose that is possible or maybe i am missing out something...If anyone has a clearer understanding of this stuff ,will be glad to hear your opinion.

Hello everyone,
I graduated from a Russian university ,Bsc. applied mathematics and computer science(2011) and im almost finishing my Masters degree in a British university in london,Msc Computer securities and forensics. So far everything is perfect,im focusing on network secuirties and linux system hardening. But i have an issue that keeps bothering me,and that is my WAEC result.I had 5 Bs (including maths, physics and biology ) 2 Cs and 1 D(english).I have not been in Nigeria for a while. My questions are

1.)Will my english affect me ,if i decide to return home to search for a job?
2.)Are there any form of certifications for english language i can take to help support my waec result as regards english language?
3.)As i'm going towards the IT field is it REALLY neccesary to get this fixed?
4.) What do you think i should about this?

I will truly appreciate any advice.!!!

Travel / Tier 4 Students Visa,work Prohibited Status by incras52: 5:50pm On Feb 11, 2012
Hello everyone,
I got a tier 4(general) students visa,3weeks back to study computer security, Masters degree, and when i got the visa on the visa was written "work prohibited police registration 7 days in UK" but i misunderstood the sentence ,now I'm in the UK and it turns out that according to the status of the visa I'm not allowed to work even though its a tier 4 (G)visa, Its really confusing,my course will last for 17months full time and i think i meet all the requirements, So my questions are

1)Why should they offer me the visa with a work prohibited status?
2)What's the best solution to grant me the 20hours permit.?
3)Is there really a way out of this?

Will be glad if anyone could help me out.

2)what are the chances of getting a reasonable part-time job?
3)Any good tips of living in the UK,precisely london.
