So I was less busy today and decided to drop a poem describing my country. It's actually one amongst many. Do sit back and enjoy. Please do well to rate the work as well, thanks. Emerald Skies In western Africa's vibrant heart, Lies Nigeria, a gem to start, From savannas to tropical shores, A land of diversity, and so much more. The harmattan's gentle morning breeze, Whispers secrets through ancient trees, In Jos Plateau's rolling hills and high, Nature's majesty touches the sky. Kaduna's rugged, rocky terrain, Conceals hidden treasures, ancient reign, Kano's walls, a testament to time, Echoes of a storied, noble prime. Lagos' pulsing rhythms, day and night, A fusion of sound, a kaleidoscope's delight, From Afrobeat to Fuji's sweet refrain, Music weaves a tapestry of joy and pain. The Niger Delta's lush, verdant grace, A haven for birds, a peaceful space, Osun Osogbo's sacred grove, a shrine, Honoring the gods, a mystical shrine. Cuisine rich, a flavorful blend, Jollof rice, suya and egusi's trend, From north to south, a cultural feast, Nigeria's heritage, forever at its best. The people, warm, resilient, and bright, A nation built on hope, a shining light, From Hausa to Igbo, Yoruba, and more, A tapestry of tongues, a story to explore. Nigeria, land of promise and gold, A nation rising, young, bold, With every step, a new tale unfolds, Of strength, of beauty, forever to behold. |
Considering another job is testament to the fact that you're not satisfied with your present job. I would suggest you stick with B though. I need a job too though, just in case |
