Surviving in harsh economic times require understanding of the situation. Many banks and private company are shedding off staff. Salaries are being reduced.Prices of goods and services are on the rise. The situation is terrible . But in the midst of all these , there are practical solutions that can lift you above the economic hardship.

1. Manage your income
Managing your income is not easy, especially in an economy like ours. One of the ways I've been able to manage my income is to save before I spend. Its important to note here that saving in an account where you have access to the money to withdraw at any time T , is dangerous. You are bound to spend the savings before your next income. One of the ways is to have a joint savings account with someone you trust. The account says , "No withdrawal without joint signature". You both should have agreed that no money leaves the account except its a "business expense" required to bring in more money.

2. Keep a Sharp Eye

This simply means, opening your eyes to opportunities around you to grow your income. Have you discovered that despite the economic situation, some people still spend a lot of money and live a good life. These are average people like you and I. I resigned my appointment voluntarily from the bank in 2014 to pursue a business and its paying off big time and still paying off till today. To know more about it , check my signature.

Have a great day ahead.
