Pls, reach out if you ever want to chat. As someone who just came out on the other side of a 2-year mid-life crisis; I can assure you it helps to talk to some who understand some of where you are at.

The one thing I used to wish for was someone to talk to anonymously to just unburden. I can listen to you and share my own journey and tools i used if it helps.
