I really need help. I want to build a decent and portable two-bedroom flat, a very portable one. Please, I need advice and suggestions from people knowledgeable about house construction. I know that this will help a lot of people like me who need advice, given the current economic situation and my salary of ₦300,000. What is the best way to build a two-bedroom flat that will not be too expensive? I also need suggestions on the quantity of materials required, such as blocks, cement, etc., from the beginning to the end of the project. Note that I already have land and I'm living in Nigeria.
