hello dear, eny good news yet? So after chasting these people, when i was bck home in feb, of this year, even take a copy of the letter the tribunal send to my huddy in march, to the embassy, the people there told me they cannt do enything, till they recive there letter fr the home office. and bear in mind i whent there after the 27 of march, nw after nt hearin enything fr them, i told mu hubby to email the embassy in my country, he send it tuesday, got a reply fr them the following day, saying that they ave been trying to gt in contact wth me fr feb the 24, mmmm. And i was there in march, i when there two times... enyway thank god its done nw my son passport is in nw. just waiting to pick up . i pray for u that the same GOD that done for me and my son will do it for u and others here, just trust him, he NEVER NEVER FAIL. WHAT HE AVE STARTED HE WILL FINISH IT. My son own was done on paper, didnt go to the judge.

They don't always give time scale on that but it's within a month from the day you received that letter.

That letter will give you more details than anybody here will tell you, be patient, if they cancelled the hearing then its good news but you still have to wait for the letter.

BUT I SEND THEM THE EMAIL WEN I pick IT UP FR THE EMBASSY, THE JUDGE SAW IT WASN'T LATE SO IT WAS PUT TRU, ON THE 17, THEY SEND IT BACK TO JAMAICA WHERE THE DECISIONS WAS MADE, GOT A LETTER TELLIN ME THE ECO IN JAMAICA AD ON TILL 28 OF JAN TO MAKE THERE DECISION, GOT A CALL ON THE 28 0F NOV TO TAKE IN THE PASSPORTS, PUT IN ON THE SAME DAY, WAS CALL ON THE 5 TO PICK UP THE PASSPORTS, WHEN ON THE 8 TO PICK UP.

It seems that you did not put serious thought into your application, no amount of document is too much when dealing with spouse visa application. Family pictures, flight tickets, facebook chats, whatsapp chats, BBM chats, Skype chats, phone call history, text messages, gift receipts..etc should all be included.
