ovadozes: All of you insulting Prof. Soyinka should take a chill pill, we all have our political differences, I supported Trump (even though its none of my business) but I cant insult Soyinka, none of you can stand where Prof stands Just as I don't insult people, I don't support others who do so, but kindly explain what you mean by "they can't stand where the prof. stands". I really want to get something clear. |

His slogan is.....''tell them what they wanna hear but do what will pave way for SHARIA for all Nigerians in the next five years''
Deep hearted man... Some of us saw it coming. |

maasoap: I hope you will be there to protect rural people if and when Fulani warlords invade Ekiti villages in any retaliatory attacks on the killing of their cattle or herdsmen based on Fayose's order if the order is ever carried out. Not by typing on nairaland to gather likes. Fayose happens to be the elected, executive governor of Ekiti State whose statutory obligation is to protect the lives and properties of Ekiti people. Now, there is a cancer in the system - those who think they are above the law and can go about killing people and destroying their crops/means of livelihood with reckless abandon. To these people, Fayose has risen to call a spade a spade by making a law that will bring a lasting peace. Hampering their intrusion will, no doubt, serve a great purpose in this regard and your likes are saying he shouldn't have done that because Fulani is notorious for unlawful attack. Do you really think the dead cows are more important to Fulani than the crops are to farmers? If you are craving for nl like, I'm certainly not your type. I say things the way I see them. |

blackpanda: I said it here before, but some blocked brains that have stopped functioning were calling me names. Using force against the herdsmen is not a solution. Rather it will only lead to unnecessary bloodshed. The solution is to employ tact and wisdom.
By instituting vigilante to fight them fayose is simply calling for war that he cant win. These herdsmen move at odd hours through forests. Unless the vigilante can be armed at everywhere at all times, they will just be sitting ducks! You ended up not providing any solution for your "tact and wisdom" approach. |

4wrd9ja: That's a very good one from you , that's how countries are liberated from bondage and oppression ,when the youth say enough is enough and come together to take back their countries and restore sanity am with you on this one and hoping we can work together. Honestly I'm prepared to give my best towards the liberation of this country. The demons have their pangs deep into the lifeline of this country. Go into the streets and you will see how people are languishing. There is real hunger in the land. And most that die today are from hunger induced deceases. When I say hunger, I mean the type that tangles the intestine. There is hopelessness everywhere. What is this? How much longer shall we watch criminals meddle with our lives and future? This evil has lingered so long that many people now consider it a norm. If the youths of today refuse to cure this injustice, then posterity may not be kind to us. |

Jayceo: Its high time Intelligent,Patriotic Youths with the interest of Nigerias growth at heart start getting involved. We can't leave the state of Nigeria in the hands of this same criminals we keep recycling.Lets join together and take back our country. Imagine 100,000 youths contribute 50,000 that's already 5 billion naira enough for campaign among other things. We can either assemble a strong force or Join a notable party with the interest of the Nation screened by us. Enough of the Nairaland compalaining and social media rants. Lets get to work youths of Nigeria. The power is in our hands.Lets Restructure the Fiscal federalism of this Nation and Make it great.
Note:- By youths I don't mean small minded, corrupt, tribalistic, visionless youths How do we start bro? Even if helping to wrestle power out of these demons is the only thing I achieve for this country, I'll be happy. Enough is enough! |
