Just yesterday, a marriage councellor told my friend and the fiance that everything including gifts should be (FOR THE COUPLE) .

Every gift for a new couple should be for the couple, It doesn't matter where it is coming from... Many people married from rich families and car gifts or big gifts is not new ,When you go to marriage ceremonies you should observe it always that any gift is for the couple.. most people,I repeat most people insults their husband/wife later in the marriage because of such gifts and that is why it is good to tag the couple.
