Why is America powerful that whatever their government do literally affects the rest of the world?

I had 5.0 in my final year, 4.98 in 300 level. But in my 100 level I had 3.5, and 200 level was 4.8. I was degraded to 4.37 CGPA after graduation. My points were reduced. In this type of murder case the best way to investigate is through forensic since there is not eye witness. Search for print at the murder scene , any DNA sample . They should also look for thee murder weapon. They didn't even tell us how she was killed .

Also look among people with motives but no alibi .
