Your close family (female) relatives or some you trusted can keep her company or you pay a sales girl to support her in management of the business.

Then, when you settle down over there, you submit an application for her and your kid to come along. The business can still be going on in Nigeria under monitoring by a trusted friend or a family relative, while she comes to join you and pick up a job to support you over there. As you're finishing your own studies she can start hers; and by that time you guys may have given birth to a other child, giving you an alternative route and potential chance to citizenship.

That's what many guys did and are doing, and their families are intact today, especially those that don't have enough financial resources to relocate their entire family at once.

Sponsor yourself outside, that's if you didn't marry your wife a virgin or plan the whole family relocation. Or You can setup a business for her, with some part of your savings, then bring her after you settle.
The possibility of her cheating on you over there is high like 90%, she may still bring you along after studies to complement your goodwill but your marriage may never be the same, which would lead to divorce/separation.

This mistake i did not make. My father was one of the early post independence patriots, he had opportunities to leave the Country in the late 70s and early 80s but stayed put believing Nigeria would change one day. Unfortunately,Nigeria killed him. He died while the country was on strike and required an urgent medical surgery. We waited for days while the government and the doctors were doing their battle.

A few times i went there made me more than determined to get my family out of that place called Nigeria. Its a death trap.
