Travel › Re: United States : The World's Most Unfriendly Country by inspiredm(op): 11:37pm On Jan 16, 2007
When i posted this topic, i think i was not explicit enough, the surveys and conclusions were not made by me either, and the conclusions did not depict that Americans are unfriendly, but that the ways The US embassies in other countries traat other nationales are irrational ( Not only in Nigeria ) Recently a newspaper publication in Nigeria published the story of a 75 years old Pastor who was invited for a 2 day Seminar in chicago by the students he taught in school, but was refused a Visit visa, Also numerous cases of students in the UK who were indiscriminatley refused US visas.
Please lets face the issue, cos it doesnt only affect Nigeria, it does for even countries with better economy.
Travel › United States : The World's Most Unfriendly Country by inspiredm(op): 6:43pm On Jan 05, 2007
Recent surveys has shown that the United States is the world's most unfriendly country, as respect to the statistics shown in Nigeria, The Statistics revealed that One out of every Hundred applicants for Visas are granted and the situation does not apply to the West african country but for virtually every country that is not part of the visa free nationales.
Applicants documents/intenetions are not verified, and visa are being refused discriminately.
The US has engaged in several anti racism campaigns, but i dont think the foreign officials which are directly working on behalf of the Secretary of State is practising what the US preaches
nairalanders what are your opinions.

Travel › Re: Anyone Got A Uk Visa Recently by inspiredm(m): 11:38pm On Dec 26, 2006
I Agree that the UK Student Visa is a scam, i had an Uncle that applied to Abuja for a 2 years Student Visa, and was granted, All the documents he submitted were FAKE, the only original documents were his International Passport grin and Letter of Admission, all WAEC results, Statements of Accounts, Letters of Sponsorship etc were all fake documents, and he was issued a visa, Also this same Uncle compiled the same documents for his friend and he was refused based on the fact that he submitted a Fake Waec O' Level result, the same which he submitted initially as well, So this Visa of a thing primarily is LUCk and also package for them the lies they want, This is real life situation, there are guidelines you must follow and if you want the ideas and strategies which MIGHT work for you, you can email me, ITS FREE.
Politics › Yar'adua Picks Governor Jonathan Goodluck As Presidential Running Mate ! by inspiredm(op): 8:51pm On Dec 17, 2006
The Presidential flagbearer of the PDP in the 2007 General elections Alhaji Umar Mua Yar'adua has picked the bayesla state Governor Mr Jonathan Goodluck as his presidential running mate, i am surprised anyway beause i was expecting him to choose either Donald Duke or Peter Odili. PDP caucuswould not cease to amaze us with annointed unexpected canditates.

Music/Radio › Re: 25,000 Naira To Watch Jay Z, Beyonce, Ciara: Crazy ? by inspiredm(op): 4:55pm On Oct 07, 2006
Well, the crux of the issue is that i posted this topic for discussion because i realised that 20,000 audience are expected at the show, 20,000 fans are expected to pay 30,000 bucks, making at least a net price of 600 million bucks minus VIP slots, yet there are loads of street beggars, orphans, impoverished human beings EVEN OUTSIDE THE GATES of where the shows would be held, I understand the fact that the Organisers might have raised the price to checkmate the status of audience expected, but if 20.000 Nigerians can pay 30,000 bucks to watch some fellow human beings when the proceeds is not for CHARITY then thats the PEAK OF CRAZINESS FOR AFRICANS MOST POPULOUS NATION.

Career › Re: Nigerian Degrees And Work Experience Are Disregarded In America. Why? by inspiredm(m): 12:45am On Aug 12, 2006
Anyboby doing well in Nigeria and leaves for America hoping to start afresh is leaving certainty for uncertainty, anybody really doing "well" in Nigeria would only want to come to America to spend a few days of vacation and return home, and when i mean doing well i mean doing WELL.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: FG Bans DSTV From Airing English Premiership by inspiredm(m): 12:36am On Aug 12, 2006
i absolutely agree with FG on the ban placed on DSTV, there south africans guys are ripping us off, i learnt it costs almost $ 75 per month to stay connected to DSTV, thats absloute marginalisation which i believe is not practicable in South Africa their country. they have so much monopolised the sector that no other Disital Satellite Company has access to Super Sports, etc, the ban now will give all the competitors a level headed ground to dispaly versatility and flexibity and would also afford the common man access to Digital Television, I support the FG's ban.

Crime › Re: Aircraft Terror Plot Disrupted by inspiredm(m): 12:15am On Aug 12, 2006
it is very sad and pathetic that some pple are still compromising reasons for justifying terrorism, imagine if the air terror had succeded, how many hundred innocent souls would have perished all in the name of a babaric belief, the US and the Uk should swing into action angry because these 2 countries are the main targets of terrorists.
The terrorists planned to launch another attack when the US was geting ready for a 5 years memorial of the 9/11 attacks, thank God they failed. it would have been a ghastly mass murder.
I cant figure the imminent possible solution to wipe off these terrorists without contravening Human rights laws and also affecting innocent arabs, can someone suggest ??
