What voltage is full charge on 24v lifepo4 build?

Recommend any shipping company that can deliver lifepo4 from Alibaba?

Series will give 11.1v ( 3 cells )

Full charge is 4.2v per cell
Series = 12.6v ( still 12v system)

Lifepo4 is 3.2v per cell
Series 12.8v ( 4 cells )

Full charge is 3.50v per cell
Series 14.0v ( 12v system ).

Lithium ion 16v = 4s
Lithium ion 24v = 7s ( 7 cells )

Would you recommend your current cells over lifepo4 for powering entire house and a sumo? I don't mean as powerbank.
Mine is 644 pieces of 18650 batteries. 92P7S. But it seems I bought fake 18650.

What do you mean by "only works with...."?
Probably you use an uneditable ones which is strictly for lead acid batteries.

The are pwm with settings as mppt but not common. Any BCS....pwm will work with any battery chemistry.

Mine has editable settings, still doesn't charge my pack. It even reduces its performance. A lot of folks knows PWM isn't good for 18650 batteries. Why do you suggest it?

I've been using the common small blue pmw solar charge controller, but I have to hook up a buck converter to it as advisedby some members here, just to monitor my li-ion battery voltage and ensure it doesn't go beyond 12.6. Because using my blue pmw solar charge controller, the lowest charge voltage is 12.7v, already above 12.6v.

Though beyond 12.6, the BMS will cut off charge in the long run, but I prefer it stops charging at 12.6.

Now what brings me here is that, I need advice on an affordable PMW solar charge controller that is effective, efficient and reliable for 12v Li-ion battery, such that I won't need buck converter to stabilise/stop charging my battery at 12.6v

Don’t use PMW for li-ion. Get MPPT or buck converter.
PMW only works well with deep cycle batteries.

Do you mean 18650 cells? Mine is working well using 4Sp54. If you have know another better, please recommend.

Acura MDX is a beast,i drove it for more than a year without any repairs just change of oil.

Super stable on road.

The nickel strip is very thick. Maybe label is wrong. But this super hard to cut without a sharp scissors.

Surge from the pump might be higher than 1200w, I'd suggest you parallel the bms.

How thick is the strip?
0.8,1,1.5 or 2?

1. The BMS u use for the battery( very important)
2. The inverter capacity
3. The size of the cables u use in building the battery pack.

1. I used 4S 100A BMS. Picture attached.
2. 3000w 12v pure sine wave inverter. Cutoff is 16.1v.
3. I used nickel strips in my build.

My 4S 56P didn’t power it. Voltage dropped. So, I am thinking of building 2 more 4S.

The issue is not the newly built battery but the inverter to use.

I am using 3000w pure sine wave inverter. The sumo works with 2.4kv generator.

I successfully built 4S 56P using 224 18650 batteries. How many of this do you think I need to power 1hp sumo?

If your battery is highly out of balance the lights become stable --- it is equalizing..

If your battery is almost balanced or fully balanced the light flashes and go to sleep. This shows your battery is ok.

If the lights flashes continuously, wahala dey ur connection

Summary:
Lights stable: balancing is going on
Lights flashes and go to sleep: battery is balance. Nothing to do.

This means mine is balanced. I placed an order for another BMS. Whenever I onn my inverter when there is no sunlight, current drops, BMS cutoff, until I disconnect the inverter. Maybe my BMS is bad. This started recently.
