Chinese Government Scholarship is an Annual Scholarship given by the Chinese Government to Citizens of different countries.
The Scholarship portal is usually opened from January to around April. However,I noticed something in the year 2017, I noticed that most of the beneficiaries are usually Pakistanis and I wondered why.

I started doing my research and I found out that the reason they always get the highest number of scholarship slots is because they always start early.
They start as early as October to look for proposed supervisors .

They start reaching out to different supervisors in different Universities but in their area of interest.
Most of them tend to get about 2-3 Acceptance Letters from their proposed supervisors before January ending .

And the simple truth is this, once you get an acceptance letter from a supervisor,the probability of getting the scholarship is high.

Monitor and control the entire Logistic process - negotiation and planning
Arrange transportation and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay

Continually reviews transportation rates to keep costs down where possible
