In my opinion, 3 countries are good for graduate studies
US Germany and Canada.

Majorly, US schools require you to take GRE and TOEFl while for Germany, there is the language barrier.

For Canada, i would say it's a good place to study, especially if you would like to stay and work after study. Moreover, you don't need GRE and Toefl in most schools, especially if you're from Nigeria.
