I dont have money for treatment before it continue swelling

I did ear piercing three months ago and ever since then the pain in my left ear refuses to go away even after i applied antibiotics, vaseline.
Right now, a swollen lymph nodes is appearing on that area and it hurts. It seems to be growing bigger. I tried bursting it and it bled so bad.
Does it mean i have gotten keloid on my left ear??
