sapiosexual1: Hehehheh you know the word we use for what you just did? We'd say you skedaddled. Rofloool, I understand ur plight my friend. Perhaps you would also ask me to spell 'ur' properly. Ur is an abbreviation, what you did was spell a word wrongly, do not try to wriggle your way out of this. . . You are in a quicksand situation here, don't make it any worse for yourself. Me skedaddle from a borderline dimwit? That's a good one. I simply laid your intellectual frailty and ineptitude bare for the world to see. Be a man about it and admit your limited intelligence let you down. . . . All this talk about intellectual proficiency and capacity is utterly stupid, but bear in mind your threw the first shot, and are now being made to look like a bullet ridden manikin. Take spelling classes . . . it helps. #Thankmelater |

sapiosexual1: My friend, I would never support cutting corners in a democratic setting. President Buhari has to be a leader and also act as one.He is the president of Nigeria and by all means the most powerful and influential person in Nigeria. You know why we still reverence obasanjo till tomorrow despite his obvious flaws? That's because he was a leader. not just by title but by deed. He had a unique and democratic way of getting the job done Buhari's party has the majority of both chambers, if Buhari cannot influence his party men to key into his policies and get his bills done ASAP. then we can agree that he is a failure already. Obasanjo did it, Yar Adua did it, even the "worst president in our history", Goodluck did it. So what are we talking about? Your post is an infinite loop of contradictory paradoxes. Of what "bills" do you speak? Let that question sink in. . . . Then you'd realize Buhari just made a huge blunder! |

Wallade: He acted in the best interest of Nigeria and that is legal, we gave him the mandate when we voted him President. No need to complicate issues. . . You could simply answer his question and say veto power was used, but then again there was no bill to be vetoed. With that said, it is glaringly obvious BUHARI's actions are illegal. NO MAN IS ABOVE THE LAW, NO ONE!!! |
Politics › Re: Senate Probes NNPC Unbundling, Says Buhari’s Action Illegal-vanguard by introvertedsoul: 6:03pm On Mar 09, 2016 |
JUHABACH: no one is questioning buhari's motives. but due process must be followed. this is a democracy, not a dictatorship. I am questioning his motive my friend. I can remember vividly that there is a Petroleum Industrial Bill or something of that nature on the tables. . . Wouldn't that make this "overhaul" or the PIB itself superfluous? So what really is the rationale behind this "unbundling" or whatever they have chosen to call it. |
Politics › Re: Nigerian Twitter Reacts To NNPC Workers' Protest Of Unbundling Of NNPC by introvertedsoul: 6:00pm On Mar 09, 2016 |
mars123: look at your mouth like "PIB in the offing" for 7 years now PIB has been in the offing with no end in sight. when the bill also seeks the unbundling of NNPC to optimize efficiency.
Ibe Kachikwu has been advocating the speedy passage of the bill and has said (during ministerial screening) that he will look to start working with various recommendations of the PIB that wont cause trouble with the NASS before it eventually passes the whole bill. and the unbundling is proof that Ibe Kachikwu totally knows what he's doing and doesn't know how to waste time and I'm sure buhari knows his worth. All you have said so far is Ibe Kachikwu bla bla bla. . . . You barely answered his question. |

Sunky200: those criminals in that chambers will definitely form active but our eyes don open.
NNPC must be overhauled. well, i hope they won't act against public interst or they'll further loose the respect and confidence Nigerians has in them You call this an overhaul? This is killing a cyclops and replacing it with a hydra headed monster. Moves and decisions like these require well calculated and seriously deliberated steps, not brash actions on impulse based on personal motive. |

This administration is full of hot fart and shady practices. The myopic ones are so quick to cheer and yell NNPC is kwarupt! Look ate the bigger picture before jumping to conclusions. There is a reason this action was carried out without consulting the senate |
