Elzazzi: Another one again and I just read one not too long ago of a man slumping and dying after discovering his son isn’t biologically his. Men don’t trust these women too much. Always use your sense. |

When agriculture is approached as an enterprise instead of nostalgia, the numbers speak differently.
If anyone is genuinely interested in the economics behind modern cocoa or oil palm models, I’m always open to intelligent conversations.
Agriculture works!
What's just needed is for it to be done properly... [/quote] |

Beyond theory, structured perennial crop models with improved seedlings and proper management are already being deployed in parts of Ogun and the Southwest. When done right, the economics are very different from what most people assume. Always open to data-driven conversations. InvestSmart: Meanwhile, countries that overtook us didn’t necessarily have more trees — they had better management systems, research-backed seedlings and coordinated processing.
Agriculture isn’t about “trees existing”. It’s about:
• Yield per hectare • Oil extraction rate • Harvest logistics • Processing turnaround time • Access to export-grade markets
That same misunderstanding affects cocoa, cassava and even rice. We often measure potential emotionally instead of economically.
The real conversation should be: how do we convert natural abundance into structured productivity? |
