A very important advice because it can actually be a pretence... Until you're sure of his discipleship level, conviction and commitment.

InvestmentMost Nigerians Lose Money In “investments”— Why Land+ Cocoa/Oil Palm Is Differnt by InvestSmart(op):
Let’s be honest.

Many Nigerians have been burned by investments.

From:

MMM

forex “signals”

crypto hype coins

“double your money”

cooperative scams

ponzi disguised as agriculture

The result is that Nigerians now hear the word “investment” and they get angry.

But the real problem is not investing

The problem is investing in something you cannot verify.

A good investment should have:
✅ a real asset behind it👇
✅ something you can inspect
✅ something you can transfer
✅ something that can survive the owner

This is why land-backed farming is different

When you own farmland, you own a real asset.

And when that farmland becomes a plantation, it becomes:

a value store

an income-producing asset

an inheritable investment

Cocoa and oil palm are long-term investments

Unlike poultry or fish, cocoa and oil palm:

are not wiped out easily

don’t need daily feeding

can produce for 30–70 years

NB:

At Agri-Wealth Farms, we are currently preparing land for April/May cocoa and oil palm planting.

Investors can secure plots and book inspection to verify location and documentation.

Question: Have you ever lost money in an “investment” before? What happened?
