Log in using the application number that starts with an alphabet.

I don’t know if it’s department based,but I’ve tried that and it’s not still working.
Still same “mismatch” error message gotten

This was the date before covid. Only thing online is about 2019/2020.

It’s under the revised academic calendar for 2019/2020
