compared it to that the South West which shows you how the orinary man lives in the South West. For South West, it is 2% very rich,15 upper middle class, 15& lower middle class, the rest % is poor or extremely poor.
if you remove all the government infrastructure in the South West and compare the living standard of the people of South West to that of the south east then you will know the South West people are poor, no self help culture, always depending on government and not development oriented. That is why after lagos no other South West city is anything to write home about.
