I want to get an original infinix charger for my device, and I stay in Benin.

I've called the calcare center in Benin and they told me they don't have the charger as at now. If you know anywhere around in Benin where I can get this original charger (and if possible the price) please comment. thanks.

What type of card did you use? Have you logged the issue with the bank, preferably their call centre

I used a verve card, and I made a complaints the next day and the issue was logged. I've even called their customer care agent and I was told the transaction is still being resolved.

please don't just view and pass. Quote someone, maybe a banker or someone with the knowledge to help me out on this.

I tried making an online school fees payment of 14,400 for someone via college pay on the 5th of October. The payment slip came back as failed transaction (as a downloadable PDF) but immediately my account was already debited of that stated amount. I was shocked.

In order not to make a double payment, I had to go to the bank (First Bank) the next day and explained the issue to one of their agents there. He told me he'd lodge a complain for the transaction, and I should go ahead with another payment, which I did.

Up till this day they haven't resolved the transaction. I've gone back to meet the bank customer care agent and he keeps saying I should exercise patience. Its been 26days and counting, and nothing has been done.

I'm already becoming skeptical as to why resolving this issue is taking so long. Does resolving a take so long like this? I'm very worried.

I'd like to know if there's actually a time limit/frame where failed transactions would be resolved. Help me out on this.

I've been learning Python syntax for quite sometime now. I've read through Zed Shaw's learn Python the hard way, together with tutorialspoint's pdf on Python.

So far I've understood what I've learnt, but using the knowledge to solve problems is somewhat an issue for me. I barely know much about programming in general, talkless algorithms.

If anyone can give me practice questions to work with or suggest a resource where I can get practice questions with solved answers.
