The opportunity
We are seeking a candidate to lead our Facilities Management business, providing software solutions to commercial, industrial and residential estates to optimize efficiency, streamline processes and reduce operating costs of running their facilities. The candidate would be responsible for managing client experience, ensuring that value is derived from BPS’ services.
The ideal candidate must have exceptional leadership and management skills, with a focus on optimizing facility operations through technology. He/she must also be a self-starter, able to work independently, solving abstract problems. Prior experience implementing technology solutions is essential.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic plan for the Facility Management Service division, with a focus on setting clear objectives, defining roadmaps, and delivering on innovative ideas that align with the company’s goals and market trends
• Oversee field activities, including the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IoT devices on generators, smart meters, and other energy management systems
• Drive the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, presentations, and contract negotiations, to acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as product management, engineering, and sales, to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business goals

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Facility Management or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience (5+ years) in facility management, preferably in a technology-driven organization, with a strong understanding of energy consumption tracking, access control systems, and related software solutions
• Demonstrated experience in driving sales processes and pipeline development, with a track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business opportunities
• Technical proficiency in IoT devices, smart meters, energy management systems, and related technologies
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions that drive business growth

2). Senior Product Managers
We’re looking for experienced product manager who will help lead our product development process through gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements to create effective roadmap and build products that improve customer experience while ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.

• Expertly navigate ambiguity to develop a comprehensive product strategy, product roadmap, functional/non-functional requirements, and go-live plan to deliver on business goals.
• Oversee new product development from start to finish: Ideation, Inception, Error/Risk mitigation, timely delivery, initial release, and feedback gathering for informing future improvement

Please I don't use anything organic cream.

Try getting Tretinoin 0.05%, it will help with the discoloration and premature aging. You need to apply caution when using it, use only at night and three times weekly.

While using Tret, always ensure that you wear you sunscreen.

I made payment on the 18th of January and my appointment was for 7th of February.

ENROLLMENT:
I started the process at 12.30noon. We were taken to a female officer, who vetted our documents and asked us to write our names on a notebook.
Afterwards, she asked us to wait outside, for capturing.

CAPTURING:
We were called in at about 4.15pm to seat on the queue for capturing. At 6pm, I was captured. Left there at 6.20pm.
I spent approximately 6hrs there
Collection date is on the 8th of March.

For your face, it's best you use a chemical exfoliating serum or toner instead of a scrub. These chemical exfoliators helps with hyperpigmentation. You can also try Ambi Fade cream, it also helps with hyperpigmentation.

For the other parts of the body, you can scrub (exfoliate) your skin to get rid of dead skin cells. Then try body lotions like Diamond Glow, Extreme glow, Carrot glow (they are quite pricey). Or you can go for less expensive brands like the QEI+Paris range.
