That leads me to what I want to say. Cancel the notion from your mind that the BH group are northerners who want to destroy the present govt. They have no purpose and no region. These have received amnesty and trashed it. Plainly put, they are terrorists (like al-shabaab and isis) that the present govt CANNOT surmount because this president (Grand Commander!) does not inspire confidence in his war men and cannot ensure his men are well equipped by watching for any rotten/corrupt link in his top rank men who might be diverting funds.

Nigeria is rich. Nigerians are rich. Imagine if these unnecessary burden like gen maintenance, fuel,frequent car repairs(because bad roads everywhr), high land pricing and rent hiking, foreign goods(because quality) etc etc,,, were removed, oh! We could be millionaires in high numbers in this country with a government who knows our needs. This is not wishful thinking, this is VERY possible.

Don't mind the people saying we just got independence and we have a loong way to go. Do we need to wait that long? The power is in our hands people. Let's show em we are their boss and they aren't figureheads in govt.

The job of the police anywhere involves arresting suspects among other duties except prosecution. Prosecution is left for the court of law. But the nigerian Police prosecute well o. Its why you see the police brutalisation everywhere. They take laws into their hands and proclaim you guilty even without arresting. Isn't that what you see around? 2= Before you get to Aso Rock there are other echolon of government you will pass, what are they doing.

I am from Anambra state, when the incubent governor came to power he meant to reduce crime in the state and he started from somewhere. He did not start blaming Abuja for what is his primary responsibilty. What has the northern elders said or done to condemn the menace or you don't know they are enjoying it.

The best way to give people total freedom is to give them sound education but nobody will tell you that this president has built more schools especially in the north more than any other president. Corruption has gotten deep tap roots before he came and if you think he can do it overnight it means you don't A THING. Everywhere I look I see corrupt practices in Nigeria even in the worship places but it is always better to blame the other man fot our own failings.

Some of the locals hide members of boko haram from security agents, some people living in other regions celebrate anytime they hear boko haram members had upper hand against the goverment forces simply because they want reason to malign the president, these are people that boasted that the country will be ungovernable if power does not return to them.


This is the only country in the world where the police are barred from arresting and prosecuting a suspect by COURT and we are confortable with it.

Let us meet in the polling booths come feb. 2015 but let me add that bigwigs have more comfortable houses outside Nigeria. They will use gullible Nigerians like you to achieve their selfish end and when it fails they will use people like you to set the polity on fire and run away. They will still get the contract to supply arms and other logistics and abandon you with all these your INTELLIGENCE.

If some are having final interviews, while some like both of us are doing the preliminary interview, I'm guessing it wnt take them time to call for our own final interview (if we are successful), since we all may be expected to resume around a particular period. I hope that's the case.

For GS, salary is abt 150k-160k, for MT, its abt 120k-130k, its a little below GS. Hope i helped som1.

Anyway guys, from what i've gathered, the people have prolly changed their assessment style. So apart from it now being unpredictable, it will also be rigorous. Somethings are sure though: IT will be about general knowledge, presentation skills, personality and impression on a group. But the true test will ultimately be on your confidence. if you are going in for the GS scheme, you need to demonstrate experience. Your manner of conduct and approach would have to confam you have adequate exp in the scenarios they will throw at you. Thats obvious though but needed to reiterate for those who mistakenly chose the scheme.

Hi! So while we yet waited mgbe mbu for test results, we were gingered and murdered case studies. Now that its vital, no comments. What happened to that spirit on the thread?? Puleese chop food and come up let's discuss some case analysis. Anyone with prior experience or an idea however remote, should post som'n about the next stage.

FaithYetu and CharlyG1, i wish you both had gone through. Would have been an honour to see the faces behind the fam names. While waiting for the interviewers, We would have been like "can you remember the days we had to spark on people that derailed the thread?" or "those GNLD guys gan. Good times." But you see, we seldom don't get the things we think we need because God has other plans. Its never too much to hear the words "Faith". V. Important.

i dont know if uac changes its interview style but the uac interview for management trainees that was done abt 2 years ago was in this format written below;

1. Be prepared to face a panel of interviewers

You will be divided into groups of about 10 interviewees
2. You will be given a passage to read and you would be asked to discuss your opinion based on the passage you read, the panel interviewers would be watching while the group discussion goes on.

3. Each of you would be asked to pick a topic from a pool of topics that would have been written down in small sheets of paper(recent happenings in the country and in different sectors of the economy), each person would be asked to step out to pick the topic , after which you would give a presentation on that topic for about 5-10 minutes, it is very important to be very much conversant with current happenings in the world.

4.You would then proceed to individual interview, where each of you would be called in one after the other to face the interview panel.

You must be well prepared for the individual presentation that is keep abreast of everything that appears to be news and that calls for national attention.
Ensure you speak intelligently and confidently.
Make sure you market yourself well because that is what they want you to do, they want to know your worth.

And the strategy of this particular game is WF - WorkFaith. I dunno workforce y'all keep talmbout. Let's expunge negativity frm our hearts and call on God personally, who's able to do exceedingly, abundantly all we can EVER hope or think!! O yea. I've given out my strategy. Sigh

Guys, the name alone, UAC has some worth. Great salary or not, it'd be a privilege beginning a career in a place as that. Can we stop focusing on the sal already?? Guys with jobs especially. What's the point if you've gone this far?
