HealthI Need Some Explanation On Funds Allocated For Coronavirus by iPOOPinURmouth(op): 2:59pm On Mar 30, 2020
i will just go straight to the point here.
1. i learnt that the FG allocated a good amount of money to fight the virus.
2. recently some billionaires donated 1billion naira each.
3. jack ma gave kits etc.
4 nnpc also donated about 30million dollars.
5 sveral banks and several private firms also donated.

my question is , where are all this money going to?
how about all the money that was recovered from looters, why cant it be channeled to fight this.
with all this money, why cant they build very good hospitals . after all china built theirs in days.

we cant say we dont have the money to build ours.
or ust channel it to give people steady power for a few weeks na .
better still, why not just share all this billons of dollars to nigerian citizens or if we are too many, share this money to to people that really need it.
this money is enough to give each family in nigeria 5k each

bro you are very mistaken check statistics for most cases in Lagos. Its mainly eti-osa on the island and Ikeja.
bro i like to be practical. i driven around lately and from what i saw in the street, if this virus is real and in nigeria, i can assure u that half of the people in mainland are carriers. but for us not to be seeing symptoms, it means the virus is not really attacking our immune system for what ever reason.
if by end of this 14 days lock down , we do not hear cases of deaths or serious sicknesses, then it means nigerians are immuned to this virus.

U just said what i have always mentioned. Our immune system has become so toughened by constant exposure to germs and other similar viruses like common cold virus which is similar to the corvid 19 so that this new corona might not really be that terrible on us.
The virus is in a greater percentage of people but it is asymptomatic
do you know that this same malaria that is easily treated here kills asians easily? people need tounderstand that different races respond to different viruses differently. if we are to be realistic with our se;ves , we will know that by now this virus don spread to like 30% of naija population but people are not just showing symptoms

just forget all these testing and shit. the corona stuff is not that serious in africa or let me say nigeria. i can assure you that if they go testing everyone from street to street, we will have atleast 5 positive cases in each street. i do not know of places like island. but for mainland e don spread finish. the fact that we are not seeing breakouts means the virus is not that active on nigerians
