Well, honestly not a lot of women are used to being respected in that way. I went to the Yaba office today and they basically told me what I already know, that I need a letter from the school where I wrote the WAEC complaining about the problem, then I should come to WAEC with the letter, and copies of my birth certificate, waec certificate etc when I do that it will be minuted on then I have to leave it there till they call me and ask me to pay N5,000, and they will withdraw the certificate from me.She said it takes about 3-6 months. i decided to just use my NECO abeg, long thing. ill do it when I don't need the cert immediately.

Does anyone have a contact person in WAEC? I need to get a letter for the correction of my date of birth for student visa application.

I have a problem with my WAEC certificate the date of birth is not correct. I have been asked to get a letter from WAEC stating my correct date of birth. I have been to WAEC countless times and have met people who just tell you they will do it, collect money and do nothing. Does anyone in this forum have a contact in WAEC yaba or has been through the same issue and had it sorted quickly?

The date of birth on my WAEC certificate is not correct.

Does anyone have any Idea on how to correct this with WAEC?

Or if there is anyone in WAEC on here that can help me with the process if there is one.

Ive been told to just present my date of birth and a sworn affidavit for student visa application, Does anyone know if this is true or I need to do something more.
