Lol.. If the phone in question is Verizon, it won't work because Verizon disables it.

I think the most comprehensive way to check for authenticity is to download "Phone info" from Google playstore. It will reveal everything, from processor to knox, and the rest... Alternatively, you can also boot into download mode to see.

Also, the camera is always an easy giveway... A clone will ALWAYS have an inferior camera quality if you're familiar with the quality of pictures the particular phone in question is supposed to produce.

It is a pity that most of us need not only be schooled on the ethics of business, but need a careful analysis and breakdown of the gravity of commitment you put upon yourself as a business person the moment you accept to take a customer's money.

This is business. You can't eat your cake and have it. You must work for it.

We all know life isn't perfect. Even big brands like Samsung and apple have had massive issues they managed to navigate through with diplomacy, empathy, customer-relations and common sense. Who thought Samsung could recover from their Galaxy note 7 saga but here we are. They're still going strong and even bigger.

Issues will always arise in business but how you handle it matters. 90% of the issues here would not have been issues had the accused treated the victims with respect, empathy, and understanding.

Doesn't matter if the person is paying you 5naira. A customer is a customer and as such you treat them with respect. You treat them like actual human beings with feelings and emotions, and lives that could be ruined by your negligence and playing god.

I laugh sometimes when I see some issues because it is clear some sellers haven't expanded their horizon into core corporate dealings that would have taught them a bitter lesson. Na local-man to local-man dealings maybe na why some of you feel you can play with people's hard earned money and tactically insult them ontop.

I just hope and pray, for your sakes, that you don't get yourself involved in a situation that'll make you understand that " An agreement is an agreement".

The CEO of Printivo( one of the biggest printing brands in Nigeria), on a Medium blog post when talking about growing a brand, wrote about how he and his team used almost every means to deliver a package to a customer who was abroad to meet up with a deadline. On a normal day they didn't have to go to extra lengths to try deliver.

But this CEO of a successful company took it upon himself to make one customer happy even though it meant going to great lengths to deliver a package. Now tell me, how can such a person's business not flourish?
