1] he only have jamb admi leter wia he is oferd 2 study a course in Oou.
2] if his wish is 2 decline oou admi, he nids 2 come 2 oou and pas true sum stres 2 get it done, money might be required.
3] he might not b able 2 get jamb admi leter 4 tasued again & he wil b 4ce 2 pay 5k 4 jamb admi leter again @ tasued.
4] he might lost both admision along d line. Tel him 2 tink twice.
