This is unfair. I don't understand the system. I am hearing huge amount for those in support.
While those in billing are been offered a very poor pay. Even with all your experience, they offer you something you are not even proud of.

I wonder the kind of system they intend to build. It will just be like other firms. People resigning at will.
If you want to build a standard. Start by getting the best hands.

This salary is really going to turn a lot of experienced folks away and then, they will settle for anyone and the company begins to lose value

Just finished Tek experts interview wish Nigerian interviewer are like this even if you don't get the job you ll feel good about yourself and work on your self,not making you wish you ever got an education

i was at the interview yesterday and it went well..

first it was personality test ,
then call handling test
then technology test
then English test ...pass at least a B2 level for those that understands British English test
after passing the first 4 stages..
then you move on to the group assessment

and finally interview


that was all...the interview was done by white people...a costarican interviewed me

interview was very interactive
