if you aren't a Hausa guy or lady,you better not choose ABU. I scored 271 in Jamb and 290 in post utme and wasn't admitted into pharmacy despite travelling from Ibadan to Kaduna for their post utme. But I know some people with lower marks and were admitted. wise up guys....

Your chances are very high sir. However, a good UTME score is just a glitch. What matters most is a good PUTME score which will give you your average/aggregate score. There was a situation in 2017 where someone was denied an admission to study MBBS with a JAMB score of 320 and 256 in PUTME. He's even a Nairalander but I don't want to mention him. This means his average score was 288. I think the reason why he wasn't admitted was because his PUTME score was far below what he got in JAMB.
My advice for you is to blast PUTME with a score higher than your UTME. I want you to target a score of 330 or above just to seal the scarce slot available for Ondo state which is a non-catchment area.

It all depends on those you're competing with from Delta state. We know your score here, but we don't know of the other Deltans; it maybe higher than yours or lower. My advice is; work extra hard without putting any pressure on yourself, with a positive mindset- And you will get it eventually.

Modified: Try to score higher than what you scored in jamb.

Northern universities to their indigens. I had a corper mate from Sokoto who had E and Fs for his O levels and way less than 200 for his JAMB yet he gained admission to UDUS and he graduated with a 2.2. My cousin uncle was denied admission to UNIMAID despite clearing his O levels and getting over 200 for his JAMB. No be today that northerners have been having it easy in securing admissions and mouth watering jobs. So getting 162 is worth celebrating to them.

Wait, you didn't specify the 'Es' and 'Fs' in what subject(s). And besides, 2 sittings are allowed in some uni even d south.

I don't know about Unimaid admission process, so I can't say anything here. I quoted you becos you said " less than 100" which I don't believe is possible. Lastly, the guy didn't say he was celebratin because of uni, poly, college etc. How did you know he was celebrating because he's sure of admission into the university?

It's possible nah, it's also possible to gained admission with less than 300. It all depends on what your opponents have as an average.

I could remember in 2014, when I scored 200 in jamb..... The friends I met there were pressuring me to lobby but I refused, most times, the people they met would tell me they didn't know anyone from my place, so they can't help me, but I was happy whenever they said that cos I didn't believe in those stuffs- and I always believe I would get the admission while my guys kept saying am not serious. After post jamb, I had a better results than most of them that had a better jamb score.




Fast forward, I was the only one who got what I choose while some of them were given other courses, the rest weren't given at all.





What am saying in essence, is that; just believe you will get the admission and put your trust in God. Don't allow unnecessary pressure weigh you down... And finally, always think positive about your chances.

Just believe you will get admission and work hard towards achieving it. Nobody has d monopoly to tell you if you will get or not.

Just think positive about your chances of getting admission, and it shall be well. Don't allow any person put unnecessary tension on you. Work hard and leave the rest to God.. Admission shall be yours by his grace.

Considering the mass failure recorded in the 2019 UTME, then I can boldly tell you that your chances are very high. However, your JAMB score isn't the only criterion for determining your admission, as your PUTME score which will determine your average is the most important criterion. Try to hit at least 350 in the PUTME, and your chances will be very bright.

You can still score very high in d post ume while someone who scored high in jamb might also score low in post jamb. Don't allow a li2 stepdown weigh you, instead, it should motivate you and work harder to hv a beta score next time.
