You totally misunderstood the post. He's simply saying people should not get too comfortable working in a private school for long in order for them not to waste their youthful age. Yes some private school pays well but we all know what is happening in 90% of private schools in Nigeria.

I could remember when I was teaching in a private school and one jss 3 boy that just finished writing junior waec told me one morning "Sir, you're wasting away here, you are too good to be here"
That day I made up my mind to leave that school by the end of the term. Thank God for his blessings.

1)Resident doctors were on strike for months.
2) Johesu went on strike weeks after the Doctors resumed from strike.
And Nobody is talking about it.

Blame the government... 12 years of no salary review for workers while that of doctors have been reviewed 3 times. If you have a conversation with the hospital workers you'll understand.. working hard but being paid peanut. Some of the reasons some of them don't act friendly

Writing all these medical jargons to bamboozle us doesn't change the fact that most Government-owned hospitals are very nonchalant when it comes to attending to Nigerians, especially ones requiring emergency medical attention.
A lot of their doctors are always disgruntled, angry and rude. Only a few remain calm and well behaved.
My last experience at the Lagos State General Hospital wasn't very pleasant at all. I just feel the current Nigeria is frustrating the hell out of every Nigerian.

Government neglected the health sector. Those health workers are working like slaves. Imagine all government hospitals has been working skeletal for 3 months now because of JOHESU strike and the government still refuse to honour their demand an agreement of 12 years ago. Just imagine no salary review for the past 12 years and compare it with inflation today. When learned about their demand and reason for the strike I honestly support them. The government is our problem not the health workers
