PoliticsPetition Against Fraudulent Recruitment By Ekiti State TESCOM by iSense247(op): 5:53pm On Sep 25, 2025
Petition Against Fraudulent and Non-Transparent Recruitment by Ekiti State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM)
To:
The Honourable Speaker,
Ekiti State House of Assembly,
Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State.

Through:
The Clerk of the House.

Subject: Petition on Alleged Fraudulent and Non-Transparent Recruitment by Ekiti State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM)

Sir,

We, the undersigned applicants in the 2025 TESCOM recruitment exercise, hereby petition your Honourable House over the gross irregularities, denial of due process, and alleged fraudulent practices that have characterized the said recruitment.

Background

1. The Ekiti State Government publicly advertised the employment of 1,800 teachers and non-teaching staff.

2. Applicants applied online, sat for a Computer-Based Test (CBT), and those who met the cut-off mark were invited via email and the official recruitment portal for a written examination.

3. Successful candidates were subsequently invited for interviews and micro-teaching sessions, also communicated through the portal and email.

Grievances

After all these stages, the official communication channels (emails and portal) were suddenly abandoned.

TESCOM resorted to selective text messages, which opened the process to manipulation and lack of transparency.

Numerous credible reports allege that employment slots were sold or distributed as political patronage.

Many qualified applicants who passed every stage have been unfairly sidelined.

Issues Raised

Why were the official communication channels abruptly abandoned?

Why were deserving candidates disregarded in favour of backdoor selections?

Why is there no published merit list, despite applicants completing all the advertised stages?

Our Demands

We respectfully call on the House of Assembly to:

1. Constitute an investigative panel into the recruitment exercise.

2. Compel TESCOM to publish the comprehensive list of all applicants, their scores at every stage, and the final list of employed candidates.

3. Nullify fraudulent appointments made outside the due process.

4. Ensure that merit-based recruitment is upheld in line with the principles of fairness, transparency, and justice as enshrined in the Nigerian Constitution and Public Service Rules.

We submit this petition not just for ourselves, but for the future of Ekiti education, the integrity of public service, and the faith of young people who trusted this process.

Yours faithfully,
Concerned Applicant.

AnonPoet:
My name is Ajimuda Timilehin. I live in Lagos and I work in sports betting. Because of my work, I always test different betting sites in Nigeria. I have used many platforms before. Some of them are okay, but many of them gave me problems.

The main problem I saw on many sites is withdrawal delay. You can win, but you will wait long before your money comes. Sometimes it takes hours or even days. Another problem is poor customer service. Some sites do not answer when you have a question or problem.
Because of this, I decided to try Helabet. My first test was simple. I placed a small bet on football. I won. Then I tried to withdraw. To my surprise, the money came very fast. No delay. That made me trust the site more.

I also looked at the football odds. I compared with other platforms I know. Helabet odds are higher in many games. It may look small, but if you bet often, that extra money can add up and make a difference.

I also tested live betting. The site worked well. No lag, no freeze. I could place my bet while the game was going on without any problem.

The website itself is easy to use. It is not confusing. Anyone can understand it. For me, that is very important.

So far, my experience with Helabet has been good. I know no site is perfect, but this one has been smooth for me. That is why I am sharing this here. If you are in Nigeria and you are looking for a betting site that pays fast and gives good odds, you can try Helabet.

"Take heed and beware of covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses." — Luke 12:15.
Christianity EtcCAC Responds To Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo by iSense247(op): 4:23pm On Aug 14, 2025
Below is the official response of the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) to the viral video of Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of COZA, in which he claimed that Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola died poor and made mockery of his children.

It is expected that Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo will show wisdom and humility by offering a public apology to the millions of sons and daughters of Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola around the world.
“Dear Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo,

Greetings to you in the Name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

Ordinarily, we do not respond to social media commentaries or controversies. However, we consider it necessary to address your recent statements, which have been widely circulated on your social media platforms, for the following three reasons:

1. Scriptural Justification — The Bible permits us to respond wisely to folly to prevent arrogance (Proverbs 26:5).

2. Clarification of Truth — To correct the misleading narrative you are promoting about ministry and wealth.

3. Defense of Legacy — To address the inaccurate claims you’ve made regarding the life and ministry of Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola, the first General Evangelist of Christ Apostolic Church.

In one of your trending messages on YouTube, you acknowledged that Apostle Babalola was highly anointed but "had no money", and then went on to ask sarcastically, “Where are his children?” — a question that was both insensitive and ill-informed.

To equate anointing or ministerial success with material wealth is biblically flawed. The words of Jesus are clear:

"Take heed and beware of covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses." — Luke 12:15.

Yet, your teachings suggest otherwise.

In doing so, you promote what the Bible refers to as Simony — the monetization of spiritual gifts (Acts 8:18–24). The Scriptures do not teach that money is a sign of anointing. Rather, “the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil” (1 Timothy 6:10). Which Bible do you read and preach from?

On the Question of Apostle Babalola’s Children

Ethically speaking, Apostle Babalola had children. Simple arithmetic should help you understand that they would be advanced in age by now — possibly your grandparents' age. What did you hope to achieve with the mocking question, “Where are the children of Babalola?”

Your statement reflects more on the kind of company you keep, but as a preacher of the Word, shouldn’t your conduct and utterances be guided by Scripture?

Where in the Bible does your brand of prosperity theology originate — one that demeans people for not being wealthy? Isn’t such a message encouraging greed, corruption, and godlessness, especially in a nation already struggling with moral decay?

Setting the Record Straight

For the sake of truth and posterity, let me correct the public misrepresentations you’ve made regarding Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola:

1. Calling

Apostle Babalola was called by God on October 10, 1928, at the age of 24. His ministry spanned Western and Midwestern Nigeria, and extended to the Gold Coast (now Ghana), marked by undeniable signs and wonders.

2. Wealth and Lifestyle

He was blessed — but not materialistic or greedy. He gave lands to the Church, supported the education of many, fed the poor, and lived sacrificially. He housed more people than just his biological children.

When Queen Elizabeth II visited Nigeria in February 1956, Apostle Babalola was among the honored guests. Would a man in rags be granted such recognition by a colonial government? Certainly not.

He was no fundraiser, yet God supplied his needs. His diaries are filled with divine provisions like: “Ipese Olorun loni: £100.00, £50.00...”

He lived in a befitting home, drove one of the best Ford Jeeps of his time, and funded weddings, education, and apprenticeship programs — all without exploiting the pulpit.

3. Family

His children — Mama Eunice Wuraola Ogini and Apeke Adeniyi — are alive, blessed, fulfilled, and quietly serving the Lord in their respective churches. They are not loud, ostentatious, or greedy.

4. Legacy

Apostle Babalola’s anointing impacted generations. More than 66 years after his passing, his legacy continues to inspire and bless countless lives and ministries. That is true impact.

Let me pose a question to you:

When Peter said in Acts 3:6, “Silver and gold I do not have…” — was he still anointed or not?
I leave that for you to ponder.

5. Conclusion

The measure of a believer’s anointing is not in material accumulation, but in sacrificial service.

"For the Kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit." — Romans 14:17.

Jesus taught:

“Whoever desires to be great among you, let him be your servant… just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve.” — Matthew 20:25–28.

Once again,
“Take heed and beware of covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses.” — Luke 12:15.

May God give us all the grace to rightly divide the Word of Truth, and to walk in humility, reverence, and godly wisdom.

“We will recruit more teachers once the financial climate improves. We are however committed to ensuring a narrowing of the personnel gap in our schools. That is why we innovated on the Imole Teachers Corps.

RELEASE OSUN ALLOCATIONS SO WE CAN HIRE NEW TEACHERS -— OSUN PDP TO APC
OSOGBO- 30/07/2025 - osunpdp.com

The Peoples Democratic Party in Osun state has attributed the delay in teachers' recruitment to the withholding of Osun allocations for the past five months, calling on the federal ruling party to release Osun allocations to recruit new teachers among several projects.

Reacting to the APC statement on recent deployment of Ad-hoc teachers, PDP said the state government was on the verge of releasing employment letters to teachers when the Federal Government stopped Osun local government allocations in contravention of subsisting court judgements.

According to the PDP, this APC-led federal government withheld Osun local government allocations as a failed ploy to stop the various developmental projects being executed by the current administration, warning that teachers recruitment was one of the targeted area by the APC alongside the many ongoing mega projects.

The party defended deployment of Ad-hoc teachers after their training, calling the steps a stop-gap measure before the employment of new teachers.

"The deployed Ad-hoc teachers were trained and they work under the supervision of older teachers. APC should release Osun allocation being withheld illegally so that the state government can fulfil its obligations to Osun people.

"We are using this medium to report to Osun people that APC is hellbent on stopping Osun development. The PDP government will not allow them. Osun must develop whether APC like it or not. Osun must escape cycle of under-development

"Voters will punish Osun APC for this inhuman treatment of our people. What sin has Osun people committed to warrant withholding of their allocations without any legal basis? Osun people will vote PDP and defend their votes next year August", the PDP statement concluded.

Rev Azzaman's Post About Pastor's Warning To Pray Against Death By Accident

A few months before the popular Fulani evangelist, David Azzaman (ex-muslim), lost his life in a fatal auto crash, he made a post citing the warning he received from a certain pastor to pray against death by accident, because he saw an accident in one of Azzaman's mission trips.

It seemed like just child's play and probably another false alarm that shouldn't be taken seriously until it happened exactly as the said pastor had foreseen and forewarned Azzaman to pray against.

With the benefit of hindsight, it appears the said pastor's dream and warning were very real and should have been with all seriousness, because it seemed divinely inspired to avert the danger.

However it appeared that the warning was not given the seriousness it warranted, as despite the warning, Rev Azzaman still lost his life on his way back from a gospel crusade he held in Makurdi due to an accident just as was revealed to the said pastor in the dream.

This should serve as a wake-up call to all those who were spreading the gospel, especially on the front lines where the spiritual battle and attacks is fiercest, not to take things for granted but ensure they're fully spiritually prepared and fortified beforehand, so they aren't caught off guard.

God bless
Point of correction sir, Azzaman was neither Fulani nor an ex-muslim. He is from one of the minority tribes in the North and was born a Christian.

After today's plenary, we had fruitful discussions with some N-power beneficiaries, their lawyers, and activists about the non-payment of their stipends and entitlements.

In attendance at the meeting held in my office at the National Assembly included the lawyer of the beneficiaries, Barrister Abba Hikima; Chairman of the N-power beneficiaries, Kehinde James; activist, Bello Galadanci (Dan Bello), among others.

The Chairman of the Senate Committee on Tertiary Institutions and TETFUND, Senator Muntari Dandutse, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs. Professor Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda and the Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development, Rt Hon Abdullahi Yusuf Ata, attended the meeting, which lasted about an hour.

After the tripartite meeting, the N-power beneficiaries and their lawyer expressed satisfaction with the government's commitment to resolving the matter.

Through their legal team, led by Barrister Hikima, they went to the National Industrial Court in Abuja over the matter.

The beneficiaries came to the Senate to seek my intervention. Then I called the Minister, and the Minister was very responsive.

He came on board, and there was a fruitful discussion that led them to understand that the Minister had already gone very far in making preparations for the money to be paid.

So, having been convinced that the government has a clear intention of getting the money paid, they have now decided to back down on the legal route to get the money paid. I told them that this is a government that is responsive and up and doing in terms of making sure that nobody suffers in terms of getting what is due to them in line with President Bola Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda.

In his words, Barrister Hikima said, " As explained by the Honourable Minister, the government owes my clients about N81 billion. He has told us that they are working on it.

"I appreciate the effort of the Deputy Senate President, who, despite not being directly affected by this, took it upon himself to convene this meeting, as well as the Honourable Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development, Rt Hon Yusuf Abdullahi Ata, and the Humanitarian Minister.

"They have all given us their words, and we have taken them for it, and we are confident and hopeful that in the nearest future, this money is expected to be paid within the year."

Bros if u ask me i go tell u make u try get serious money then u go see how ur wife libido go fly from 0-100....(for the jokes though)
Money could make a significant difference in women libido. The reason is that sex is psychological. It's not a joke but the truth.
FamilyRe: My Wife Is No Longer Responsive To Sex by iSense247: 3:23pm On Apr 11, 2025
If your wife is no longer responsive to sex, it's crucial to understand the potential causes and address them constructively. Possible factors include physical health issues, relationship dynamics, or mental health challenges, and open communication and potentially professional help may be necessary.

Understanding the Potential Causes:

Physical Health:
Medical conditions, hormonal imbalances, or certain medications can all impact libido and responsiveness.

Relationship Dynamics:
Lack of intimacy, communication problems, or unresolved conflicts can lead to sexual disinterest.

Mental Health:
Depression, anxiety, or other mental health challenges can also affect sexual desire.

Lifestyle Factors:
Stress, lack of sleep, and poor nutrition can all contribute to lower sex drive.

Steps to Address the Issue:
1. Open Communication:
Have an honest and open conversation with your wife about her feelings and concerns. Listen to her perspective and try to understand her perspective.

2. Seek Medical Advice:
If you suspect a physical health issue, encourage your wife to see a doctor for a thorough checkup.

3. Explore Relationship Issues:
Consider whether relationship dynamics are contributing to the problem. Couples counseling can be a valuable tool for addressing communication and intimacy challenges.

4. Address Mental Health:
If mental health issues are suspected, encourage your wife to seek professional help from a therapist or counselor.

5. Lifestyle Changes:
Consider lifestyle adjustments like regular exercise, stress management techniques, and a healthy diet, as these can positively impact sexual health.

Important Considerations:
It's not necessarily about "fixing" her:
Understanding her perspective and finding ways to meet your needs while respecting her boundaries is key.

Consider professional help:
A sex therapist or couples counselor can provide guidance and support in navigating this situation.

Be patient and supportive:
Change can take time, and it's important to be patient and supportive throughout the process.
