Infinix hot2 came with 12 internal memory but to my surprise d memory is almost full remaining just Lik 7-6gig. Wat and wat is using d memory

I think I'm having issues with my change of Imei.

I recently did root my phone with 'Kingo' via PC then also downloaded 'BBgen' app on my phone to generate the new Imei, after that I followed your process as quoted above but it did not change despite having to judiciously follow the outlined steps, again to my dismay, when I dailed *#06# to see if the new Imei has reflected I discovered that it still house the old Imei.

What do I do?
