Hey,

I bought a new itel P200 star 20000mah power bank from itel official store on Jumia ng, the power bank was received yesterday and fully charged for testing.

I run down my phone battery to Zero percent and plug on power bank, it charges from zero percent to 88 percent, when I check on the phone I noticed the cable was well fixed and get disconnected, I tested it on my friends phone it charges for 2 minutes and get disconnected too.

It has full charged as Indicated on the light indicator.

Could it be that the power bank is Fake or I am missing something.

Anyone with similar experience please

Nawa o.. My sis got a brand new umidigi a11,2weeks later it started developing charging issues ( battery percentage isn't increasing during charging) . We thought it was a faulty charging port,took it to a repairer at fine brothers in ph, the guy repaired the port. Later that night,the phone entered into fastboot mode, eventually rebooting on it's own according to my sis. She pressed vol - with power button,the phone came on then suddenly went off uptill now has refused to come up. I don't want to believe the guy tampered with the phone.

Probably she manually format the phone whole the battery is below 20 percent or so,

I finally port to airtel after when MTN increases the price of their data plan 5k for 15gig... I am currently rocking airtel on 1.5gig for 300naira weekly... The data Seems to last on 3g from yesterday to today I have not consumed 500mb... I am surprised.... I will keep using airtel for now

I ordered mine for 4600 +750 delivery total of 5,350... I am waiting for delivery.

Before God and man, I've been using this a5pro since August of 2019. It will clock 3yrs this coming August.

My umidigi A3pro is since December 2018 and till now, I am still using it.

I place it with Xiaomi, Infinix, Tecno , ouckitel, cubot, same template different container ..
Get an HTC phone of 2013 and check camera with umidigi that is 2years old,

I have been using my umidigi A3pro since 2018 and I am not ready to change it, though I thought of buying Umidigi power 7 max , but I am still enjoying my A3 pro
