Hello, pls I need help bypassing an FRP lock on a Tecno Camon C7. It belongs to a family member of mine who paid cafe guys to help her set up the device when she bought it so she's not aware of the Google email username used for her and now that she factory reset the device it's now stuck at the previous account info that Google is asking to be inputted into it to continue the start-up setup.

I tried watching some videos on YouTube to bypass it but to no avail, I tried flashing a new ROM to it but system is not detecting it at all (I thought probably because the USB debugging was off when it was factory reset). I have even took it to a frnd of mine who is a fone engr but he was alson not able to do anything without the detection of the phone with the computer. He said he may need to change the USB port 1st then if it doesn't work, then he needa to change flex below the screen (his words).

The device has never been worked on before so the idea of changing the new working usb port was scary to me. Pls what can be done to fix this problem

when u say blank, is it totally dark screen or a kind of scattered pixel?

you need to reload the OS.

your fone needs reloading take it to an engineer to properly reload it.

it's likely is your phone's touch pad. take it to qn engineer for change

I just bought the phone from a friend and i decided to update the phone to suite my desires. during the updates, a saw a pop message that my version was 4.4.0 G808........., that i should do system update,after download i decided to install it and that was the end of the update.


now i can restart or reboot the phone, the only thing on the screen is the android machine logo sleeping with caution sign on it with Error . if i press the power button i get ( now send the package you want to apply to the device with"adb sideload<filename>"... )

It cud b dat d fall led to a disconnection on the panel. Take it to an engineer for proper diagnosis or if u can, do it and c. If any amendment doesn't work, den get ready to change d touch

Hello, am using an at&t Samsung galaxy s7 edge phone. Am trying to replace the at&t firmware (g935a) with a g935u firmware using Odin but everytime i try it, it shows me model dismatch fail. Have installed the Samsung drivers, used different versions of odin, tried it on another pc, set the phone to oem unlock and i always make sure it's in download mode. Is there something am missing or is it that it just can't work on the phone?
