Education / The Health Benefits Of Anion Sanitary Napkins by isikefelister: 7:28pm On Jan 21, 2017
Anoin pads are negative ions in Sanitary Pads! Negative Ions have proven to improve your health & well being...What are ANIONS? Anions are also called "Vitamins of the Air" Negative ions are odourless, tasteless and invisible molecules that we inhale in large quantity in certain environments such as mountains, waterfalls and beaches. Once they reach our bloodstream, Anions produce biochemical reactions that increase levels of the mood chemical serotonin, helping to alleviate depression, relieve stress and boost our daytime energy.Negative ions increase the flow of oxygen to the brain, resulting in higher alertness, decreased drowsiness and more mental energy.

How do these Anions work in the sanitary pad?
Every cubic cm. of the anionic padding in each piece of sanitary napkin can release up to 6070 anions. The intensity of anions released will effectively suppress the survival and multiplication of bacteria and viruses on the sanitary napkin. THe anion padding releases large amount of oxygen, has balanced pH level and enhance hormonal balance that effectively improves incretion, strengthening immunity, reducing stress.

MAIN BENEFITS of using "ANION" Sanitary Napkin:

- RELIEVES STRESS
- CONTROLS BACTERIA
- CONTROLS INFLAMMATION
- ELIMINATES BAD SMELL
- ENHANCES METABOLISM
- IMPROVES HORMONE SECRETION
- STRENGHTENS IMMUNE SYSTEM
- REDUCES BODY FATIGUE
- CAN PREVENT DYSMENORRHEA
And, more than what is listed above, we have gathered personal experiences of users who were treated and cured while using the Longrich "Anion" sanitary napkin:
1. Vaginal itching
2. Pelvic Inflammation
3. Contact Dermatitis
4. Yeast Infection (Vaginal Candidiasis)
5. Fallopian tube infection
6. Uterine fibroids/ infections
7. Cervical Erosion
8. Ovarian Cysts
9. Genital Herpes
10. Irregular mentstrual cycle

Education / Inspirational - Irony Of Life by isikefelister: 4:20pm On Sep 14, 2016
Popcorn are normally fried in the same pot, in the same oil, at the same time and under the same heat conditions. But they do not all pop at the same time. When flood comes, fish eat ants. When flood recedes, ants eat fish. Only time matters.

To make soap, oil is required. But to clean oil, soap is required. This is the irony of life. Everybody needs somebody at any one point in time. Do not despise or treat anyone with scorn when they are excelling or failing more than you.

There is time for EVERYTHING and for EVERYONE. Keep TRUSTING in God and WAITING for your turn. NEVER GIVE UP! He makes all things beautiful in his own time.

Education / Just Start Something!!! by isikefelister: 11:38am On Sep 10, 2016
Greatness is only possible for whoever starts something. Great companies started small. Some of them started in their sitting rooms, warehouses, dormitories, garages and so on. Many of them have unimaginable beginnings - Google was a PhD project and incorporated in the garage of a friend at Menlo Park; Dell computer started in one of the dormitories of the University of Texas; Coca Cola emerged in a bid to find a substitute for a problematic drug called Morphine and the Coca Cola recipe was formulated at a drugstore in Columbus, Georgia. The list is endless.

Do not be shackled by the chain of job security. It is an illusion - there is no job security anywhere. Stop allowing people to determine what you do with your life. Your employer largely determine what you do with your life - the kind of food you eat; the school your children attend; the apartment in which you live; the places you travel to; the type of car you drive. It is not wrong to start as an employee but it is damning, limiting, disadvantageous and destructive to remain an employee. Your salary is meant to be saved to start your own establishment; it is not meant to be spent recklessly. I hope you will not be submitting your CV at age of 40. If everybody was an employee, who would create jobs and feed the nation? Take it or leave it, employees are modern slaves who do the bidding of their employers. The only difference is that they now wear suits and knot ties with no chain around their neck.

They eagerly look forward to Fridays and hope that Monday will never come again. Some people even bank on their pensions. My dear, the pension scheme is a ponzi scheme whereby the current generation of employees payback the pensions of past generations. GOD help you the future generations are incapacitated to pay your pension, it will be very sad. Wake up, your pension is not reliable. There are visible evidence of retired government workers who are suffering now after spending years in different government and private establishments. Take a clue from them and be wise.

Start something from where you are with what you have - you can start with that little savings in your account. For how long are going to wait to start something? You can do better than you are doing right now. Do not be afraid to go solo and start something on your own. Stop selling your labour - it is shameful that you graduated with a good grade from a higher institution and you cannot create a job with your seemingly superior mental power. Many first class and second class graduates have the brain power but they are weak in their mind to start a company, to create a job even to save their own future.

They excelled in an academic setting and regimented examinations but they are cringing in the real world and constantly failing real life examinations and tests. Is not that an irony? Take your destiny into your hands. I can bet it with you that you will later regret every indecision, procrastination, fear of failure, the lack of gut; excuses being given by you and the blame game which you are playing now. Before now, President Goodluck Jonathan was the reason people were giving to excuse their personal failures and ineptitude but now, President Buhari is the latest song on people's lips. keep blaming the government while you fail at your responsibilities. Leave the government alone and look inward - government will never be perfect. May GOD help everyone of us. Do not forget that It is never too late to start something. I love you all. Thanks for reading the article.

Career / How To Survive In This Present Economy Recession by isikefelister: 9:27pm On Sep 03, 2016
It was said this week by the National Bureau of Statistic that Nigeria economy is currently in recession. As a citizen living in the country, here are some things to cut down on in order to make it out of this recession financially and not to be badly affected.

1 Generator usage

It’s bad enough the economy is crumbling faster than a cookie but how many Nigerians can recall a lengthy spell of uninterrupted power supply.

Our standby household generators have for years, been doing what the government cannot do for us.

Now that the situation is getting dire, generator usage should be restricted to specific hours and to take care of necessities.

Comfort can wait till recession is over and we are out of troubled waters.

2 Eating out

Anyone who actually cooks will know that restaurants serve overpriced, often unsatisfying food. So instead of taking your hard earned money to pay for ‘fancy’ food, go to the market, buy raw food and head to the kitchen.

You’ll save so much money.

3 Driving walk able distances

The cost of fuel is higher than it has ever been in Nigeria’s history, so why not kill two birds with one stone while going for short errands.

Take a walk or go for a run while running your errand. Your body and pockets will thank you.

4 Bulk buying of groceries

Constant grocery shopping can be such a chore so we tend to buy in bulk.

However, a disadvantage of bulk buying is that some goods may expire or spoil before you get around to using them, hence cut your grocery shopping list down to necessities.

Get what you need and not what you think you will need.

5 New clothes and shoes

Your old clothes are perfectly fine!

Oh you think people have noticed you’ve had that shirt for a while? Frankly, it’s nobody’s business.

As long as your clothes are not obviously tattered, there is no use going cloth shopping every week to impress people and depress your bank account.

6 Hanging out

We all love spending quality time with friends and family but instead of going someplace where you’ll spend more than you budgeted for (more often than not), invite them to your house and plan activities everyone can participate in.

You’ll create a stronger bond and more lasting activities while saving money.

7 Vacations abroad

Also known as “the king of excesses”, vacationing abroad is officially a luxury at this point in time.

Why go and spend your hard earned ‘naira’ in a foreign country contributing to the growth of their economy while leaving yours in the backseat.

Stay at home!

8 DSTV subscription

You don’t need to pay for all the channels. It’s not a competition.

You hardly ever watch more than 15 of the channels on the premium package, so why the bother?

The smallest bouquet has news channels for the grown-ups and cartoons for the kids.

9 Water as opposed to juice and sodas

Some people think there is an award for living lavish. News flash: there isn’t.

Most of these processed drinks you desire to gulp down your throat with every meal are not even good for your health and they definitely cost more than water. Drink water, you’ll live longer.

10 Unnecessary phone calls

Restrict your airtime to calls with purpose (work, business).

There’s no need to ask your friend what he/she is eating or staying on a call for an hour discussing what nail polish color to wear to an occaaion that will not add to your economic value.

It is my prayer that the economic recession of this time will not lead to depression for us and that our Father in heaven will show and lead us out of this quagmire in a record time so that we can once again live a life of heaven here on earth, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Happy weekend.

Education / Brown Babies by isikefelister: 7:14pm On Aug 19, 2016
For a while now, many products that lighten or tones the skin have been holding sway. Did I say 'a while now', erase that and replace it with 'for a long time now'. The belief that being light complexioned or white equals beauty is absurd. Black is beautiful; it should be re-echoed again and again for generations. However, the black box which has evolved through time, tells a different story (black box being television). From Jamaica to Nigeria the bleaching epidemic has taken over, and I do believe that it still has its roots from the inferiority/superiority complex and different fallacies that ladies (and guys too) have chosen to believe.

Some weeks ago Reuben Abati did an article on it, and Fela (God bless his soul) echoes it relentlessly through the evergreen song 'Yellow Fever'. This leads me to my chosen topic or perspective Brown babies, which is a goal for most white ladies. From the effect of ageing on the white skin, not being a great story to tell and young whites scramble for sunscreens during summer. It uses, and effects, as seen in tans, are amazing. While the black skin is 'all weather' or should be called 'all season'.
Moreover, is it the sight of rash on a white skin or some funny skin diseases they have, that dermatologist could do well to explain as related to the absence of melanin, that my beautiful black sisters are bleaching/toning away. However, the white ladies are laying traps to get some melanin into their families by birthing brown babies. My unsuspecting brothers, who think that they are the man by going after white ladies for fun, should know that some of them, are on a mission to get their brown baby. Stories abound of such ladies getting pregnant then not informing the father, afterwards deliberately losing contact with him. To enable her totally claim her treasured gift.

Did I hear you say 'story', 'alo', 'akiko'. However as absurd as it may sound it does happen, and it is still going on. Let's digress a little and remember the hazards associated with bleaching/toning. ( I do remember, the stench from perspiring bleachers. 'Kai' pray never to sit close to one in a Lagos bus). Also the short and long term economic cost.

God never does an incomplete job in creation. You are perfect in your complexion. Don't play god in changing what does not need to be changed. While some people desire what you have but nature or fate does not avail them the opportunity to effect change, but they make do by trying to get a piece of what you have in getting what they call 'brown babies'.

Career / Just Too Good - Inspirational by isikefelister: 9:01am On Aug 04, 2016
```At the point of death, a man, Tom Smith, called his
children and he advised them to follow his footsteps so that they can have
peace of mind in all that they do..
His daughter, Sara, said,
"Daddy, its unfortunate you are dying without a penny in
your bank..
Other fathers' that you tag as being corrupt, thieves of
public funds left houses and properties for their children; even this house we
live in is a rented apartment..
Sorry, I can't emulate you, just go, let's chart our own
course..
Few moments later, their father gave up the spirit..
Three years later, Sara went for an interview in a multinational company..
At interview the Chairman of the committee asked,
"Which Smith are you..??"
Sara replied,
"I am Sara Smith. My Dad Tom Smith is now late.."
Chairman cuts in,
"O my God, you are Tom Smith's daughter..?"
He turned to the other members and said,
"This Smith man was the one that signed my membership
form into the Institute of Administrators and his recommendation earned me
where I am today. He did all these free. I didn't even know his address, he
never knew me. He just did it for me.."
He turned to Sara,
"I have no questions for you, consider yourself as
having gotten this job, come tomorrow, your letter will be waiting for you.."
Sara Smith became the Corporate Affairs Manager of the
company with two Cars with Drivers, A duplex attached to the office, and a
salary of £1,00,000 per month excluding allowances and other costs..
After two years of working in the company, the MD of the
company came from America to announce his intention to resign and needed a
replacement. A personality with high integrity was sought after, again the
company's Consultant nominated Sara Smith..
In an interview, she was asked the secret of her success,,
With tears, she replied, "My Daddy paved these ways for
me. It was after he died that I knew that he was financially poor but
stinkingly rich in integrity, discipline and honesty".
She was asked again, why she is weeping since she is no
longer a kid as to miss her dad still after a long time..
She replied, "At the point of death, I insulted my dad
for being an honest man of integrity. I hope he will forgive me in his grave
now. I didn't work for all these, he did it for me to just walk in".
So, finally she was asked, "Will you follow your
father's foot steps as he requested ?"
And her simple answer was, "l now adore the man, I have
a big picture of him in my living room and at the entrance of my house. He
deserves whatever I have after God".
Are you like Tom Smith..?
It pays to build a name, the reward doesn't come quickly but
it will come however long it may take and it lasts longer..
Integrity, discipline, self control and fear of God makes a
man wealthy, not the fat bank account..
Leave a good heritage for your children..
God bless us all..```
