the forms are available on the website frm 21st may to july 17, 2012 and after forms are sold
there will be an aptitude test around june 2012 and after then the institution can nw post the names
of the qualified candidate.

they dnt give local certificate like ND which is locally knwn
they give international certificates like mandatory and stcw which a world wide
certificate this is an institution that certify u and u can work on board a vessel
any where in the world with your certificate without going for any further studies,
accept u wish to go for professional studies, like captian course.
it is ur choice to choose weather local or internationally certificate.
