U got it.let have different countries and deny anyone u don't want coming into ur country. Not when u say one nigeria. Then u create monopoly of sea port,airport to ur region to force other regions to come to ur state for business because they have limited choice. U have made other ports not fully functional because of ur policies and lack of funding/upgrading.
U used bureaucratic bottle necks to make sure some ports don't ever come alive like the case of Akwaibom deep sea port
