HAVING READ THE DISSENTING JUDGEMENT OF THE TRIBUNAL CHAIRMAN, JUSTICE SIRAJO, I COME TO THE INESCAPABLE CONCLUSION THAT THE TRIBUNAL JUDGEMENT WILL BE UPTURNED BY THE UPPER COURT.
I HEREBY STATE 2(TWO) OUT OF MANY REASONS;
1. THE PETITION OF THE ANDP WAS A PREELECTION MATTER WHICH OUGHT TO HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED BY THE FEDERAL HIGH COURT BEFORE THE ELECTION.
2. THE ANDP DEPUTY GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE WAS 34 YEARS AS AGAINST 35 YEARS PROVIDED BY THE CONSTITUTION.
THE CANDIDATE WAS NOT QUALIFIED AND THEREFORE CANNOT COMPLAIN OF EXCLUSION FROM ELECTIONS.

The APC Supporters are jubilating out of ignorance. Legally speaking, David Lyon can no longer be part of the new gubernatorial elections;
1. The nomination by APC cannot be revalidated because it's candidate stands disqualified because his erstwhile Deputy Governorship candidate having been disqualified cannot stand elections and David Lyon cannot run without a Deputy Governorship candidate.
2. APC can no longer present a candidate because the date of nomination has closed and substitution of candidates has since closed.

As a corollary, i symphatize with all ATIKU supporters for I know that the man will disappoint them in all ways. We may experience commissioning of few projects railway, roads but that will not improve their standard of living. PMB lacks capacity, intellect and good health. ASsasination of Engr. Funsho Williams in his home in Lagos must also be reopened so that Nigerians will know his killers and also allow law to take its course.

The President should not only return N1.5Billion to Ekiti State Government, the President should resign from his office. The reason is that the President knew quiet well that Former Governor Fayemi must have raised the money from the treasury of Ekiti State. The President is as guilty as every other Nigerians accused of corruption.

How did Leadership arrived at the conclusion endorsed PMB policies?
That assertion cannot be true. Nigerians both high and low are complaining of the unprecedented economic hardship in the country.
