Business › Re: The Poor And The Rich - Who Is 'More Greedy'? by itauditor: 1:26pm On Dec 23, 2009 |
hazh: This question has been contended by a number of people for many years and will continue to generate public debate as long as the poor and the rich exist.
The question now is:between the poor and the rich, who is more ''greedy'' financially?
I know many of us will quickly say that it is the rich that is more greedy. But if we are to face the fact, who are those making the world a ''seemingly'' better place to live, giving and inventing new things for the world to enjoy?,Take Seun Osewa, the owner of Nairaland as a fine example of this what I am saying.
If you ask me,I would say the poor are more greedy. I will explain.
Imagine a situation when somebody came to life,he he didn't or couldn't provide something that would better the lives of people around him.[I am not being insultive but it is a fact].And at the end of the day,he says those making money are greedy. How?
Remember, the single and only thing that make people rich is the provision or improvement of existing products or services.Check out what those that are ''trully rich'' are doing and you will agree with me.
Forgive me,if I wrote much. Now,in your opinion, who do you think is more greedy, the poor or the rich?
What is your take? You have a point there. Take an average nigerian Teacher for example. They will keep teaching their student what they learnt some fifteen years back, yet will be clamouring for an increment in salary. What value have they added to the economy that will justify their claim. But the rich will simply think up ways to satify the need of people whenever they need more money. And that is what really make this world a better place. |

by all means is the poor- especially the working class.
The reason is, they keep doing the same thing and will expect to get more money
while the RICH will continue to add more value if they want more money. |

The only money i will advice anybody to put in FD is money set aside for a paricular project in the future. This is to ensure the safety of the money, but when it comes to investment, business, real estate and securities are the ultimate. |
