CodeTemplarr: A stitch in time saves nine so let me try for you.
The latest Iphone uses more than 17 billion transistors in its core chip and it will be deeply stupid to expect someone with computer engr degree to repair 17 billion transistors packed into a space less than 0.5" square.
In addition you can research differences between manufacturing and design. Intel is going throug rough times right now because they refused to specialize between those two areas. I wonder what one professor will achieve. You dont repair, you replace. The key is finding where the fault is and recommending the fix. Nobody is asking you to manufacture as a level one and trained engineer, that is a specialised skill |

focused on researching knowledge/teaching?
A Professor should be an academician no doubt but before you teach, you must have master the knowledge.
The difference between a good mechanic and a time waster is ONLY in identifying where the fault is - proper troubleshooting. You either get that knowledge from years of working on different faults (Expeirenced Technician) OR learning in schools (Trained Engineer).
A Mechanical engineer cannot identify a fault in a vehicle? Shame on him and the curriculum he was schooled.
As a Mechanical Engineer (Electrical Engineers also), Once you identify the fault and outline how to fix it as an engineer, you can leave it to the technicians to dismantle the car, get the specified parts (specified by YOU), fix it and recouple the car. |

Like I always say, the Supreme Court did the unthinkable by declaring themselves a law making body instead of law interpretation.
The Constitution is supreme not the court. And the only people to change the constitution is the National Assembly.
Every law has substructure, Joint Account is a constitutionally established channel of distributing money, you don't change it with an order from the court,
That issue why it cannot be implemented because forced implementation will contravene some other sections of the constitution.
For instance, who will sign the money for LGAs since only State and Federal are recognized to sign by the constitution |

The best approach to free and fair election that can be implemented without much additional resources and protocols is
1. No BVAS accreditation, no result No incident form, result must not be greater than BVAS accredited voters. All valid and voided votes must be accounted for. This will almost eliminate prefilled result sheet and hijack of voting material
2. Result sheet must be uploaded to iREV latest 1 hour after 6pm (official voting closing time) Any result not uploaded is cancelled and election will be staggered and supervised by the State REC personally
Electronic voting require infrastructure that we currently do not have nationally
3. No court should allocate result to any candidate, in case of irregularities, rerun |

Business › Re: EFCC Arraigns Man For Refusing To Accept Naira As Legal Tender by ITbomb(m): 6:09am On Feb 12, 2025 |
It's funny when you look at it from a financial gain perspective, however in economic terms, no mention of dollar should be made in the territory of Nigeria in anything involving exchange of goods and services. The legal tender is Naira GanagiBitrus: Funny case.
Let's assume I have a Gold Bar for sale valued at $1000. A buyer offers me 1600x1000=₦1.6m. I reject it, probably because I was expecting a higher naira exchange rate because of fluctuating naira value. But I will accept ₦2m.
I don't think there is any crime there. The issue might just be the conversion rate the buyer is using, & not necessarily that ₦ was rejected, because I would have accepted ₦2m.
The buyer could as well had gone and exchanged the ₦1.6m for $1000 if he is insisting on paying ₦1.6m. |

I have been too busy working to earn a living and the world has changed quite a lot.. Imagine this kind of defense in as early as 1995 (just 30 years ago) Mayflowa: Look at you? The lecturer has no single right to tap her. He has mouth. He should have said “excuse me”. Tapping any one is rude and could be term harassment. Some people could get into anxiety just by tapping them. Secondly, the lecturer cannot go back to demand an insult should be taken back or dragging someone else’s phone. How would you drag a phone with anyone? It is unprofessional
All he has is to initiate a school policy by reporting or sue her. He deserves all he got. You if want respect, you must first respect yourself. Most people will let go but not this girl. The lecturer learned the hard way. You don’t own anyone. |

With the deregulation, we expect prices to rise and fall, however, I think we should have a stabilization fund to keep prices stable for at least each quarter.
When the price is lower than govt price, we save, when it is higher, we use it to keep the price.
It will help in medium term fiscal planning |
