The best approach to free and fair election that can be implemented without much additional resources and protocols is

1. No BVAS accreditation, no result
No incident form, result must not be greater than BVAS accredited voters.
All valid and voided votes must be accounted for.
This will almost eliminate prefilled result sheet and hijack of voting material


2. Result sheet must be uploaded to iREV latest 1 hour after 6pm (official voting closing time)
Any result not uploaded is cancelled and election will be staggered and supervised by the State REC personally

Electronic voting require infrastructure that we currently do not have nationally

3. No court should allocate result to any candidate, in case of irregularities, rerun

I reject it, probably because I was expecting a higher naira exchange rate because of fluctuating naira value.

I don't think there is any crime there.
The issue might just be the conversion rate the buyer is using, & not necessarily that ₦ was rejected, because I would have accepted ₦2m.

The buyer could as well had gone and exchanged the ₦1.6m for $1000 if he is insisting on paying ₦1.6m.
