7). What is the difference between the SMART-TRAC PROFESSIONAL and the SMART-TRAC UNLIMITED? What does the unlimited package offer that the professional package doesn’t?

8 ). You stated that the GPS does all the work and that the acquired data from the GPS is stored in the Unit and Transmitted via GSM to your web based backend Server. My question is this, what of if the truck is out of the GSM coverage area or an area where the network is poor, does this mean that the device will not be able to transfer the data received from the GPS to your web based backend server from the device? I can ask these types of questions because I am a IT guy myself. . .

1. The device is not connected to the engine or hood of the vehicle. It is well installed in an area hidden from view, hidden from your Auto Electricians or Mechanics

2. You don't have to worry about your Technicians work affecting the equipment as they can work on the vehicles anytime succesfuly without affecting the device.

3. It takes about 30 minutes to 45 Minutes to Install per Vehicle

4. Our Technician will come to your Location for the Installation.

5. Once the device is installed, we would need to install the Fleet Management Software in your Computer (Desktop or Laptop). Or since you are well experienced in IT, we can email you the software; It is easy to install and very user friendly

6. The combination of the Web and Software Application will give a perfect tool for the Tracking and Management of your Vehicles; The Web Application makes it easier and handy to get location of the vehicle on the go even when you are not using your computer installed with the software.

7. The Smart-Trac Proffesional and Smart-Trac Unlimited in terms of features are the same; The difference is that the first is cheaper and comes with monthly subscription while the later is a one time payment without monthly subscriptions.

8. The Device can still transmit it's GPS location to the database even in a poor GSM location as the data size is very small. In the event of no GSM signal, the Device have an inbuilt memory that logs it's locations at interval of 10 seconds which will be sent out to the database at the slightest GSM signal.
