Urgent enquiry, Please help! I have a registered business, but I have been operating as a freelancer and not running the business per se. I am applying for a study permit and my spouse will be sponsoring. Is it important to include a Tax clearance Cert as a supporting document? Pease help!!  1 Like |

please advice. I'm applying for a study Visa. Sponsor is my spouse. One child carries a US passport while the other has a valid visiting Visa. 1. Is it a good idea to inclde my kids (2) in the application? 2. Is an Affidavit of Sponsorship necessary, given that sponspor is my spouse? Gurus, please advice. Hi everyone. Newbie here.  I am trying to put in an application for my study permit having received an offer of admission. I have a few questions please. For medicals, which is more affordable; IOM or QLife? Also, how urgently should I approach the need for a medical report; having it ready at the time of VO request or ensuring I submit alongside other docs at time of application? (I'm working towards the may 15th deadline) For the study permit, Is it a good idea to be applying for my kids (5 and 7) right away? One of them carries a US passport, should it be used in the application? p.s: we all have a valid visitor's visa once used. I'll appreciate your insights please. |
