Has anyone had issues of items not shipped before? How does Mickyangel usually rectify it.

My item was picked since November 15 and still has not been shipped, but he has not been answering his whatsapp since I asked about it. Anyone who has had this issue before can please answer.

Is it that he prioritize people buying for resale over those buying for personal use?
