Good day everyone, please I need assistance with my xiaomi Redmi 9 phone. I has problems picking network. The network bar just has a cross on it (shown in image) and even when the bar shows full calls don't come in, not reachable. I also have to dial severally before I can call out, keeps dropping. I have similar issue on my Redmi Note 9.
Went to different area to repair it and my network bar was full and working and the engineers couldn't find what the fault is and I came back to my area the same network issue started (both on MTN and AIRTEL SIM).
I am just tired of using phone that can't browse due to poor network
