A555:No, it's just one stop for both flights. Paris for the first leg of the flight and then Amsterdam for the return flight. It's like this. Lagos - Paris - Toronto and Toronto - Amsterdam - Lagos. What do you think? |
My landed seniors, I plan doing a short-landing soon, possibly early November and I would be spending about 2 weeks. What do you recommend I do during this period. What are the merits and demerits of doing these during the 2-week period. Province is Ontario. SIN Health Card (Takes 3 months to be issued) Driving tests Opening bank account Phone line etc (pls remind me of others if any). Which ones do you recommend I do when fully-landed. Also, I want to book Air France/KLM. I have have heard mixed information about transit visa. Do I need such since I won't be exiting the international flight-exchange part of the airports? |
Sasng7:Thanks a lot |
Elfmannisback:Correct. Thanks a lot, I will do this tomorrow. |
Elfmannisback:I thought about this too but then, how I do include this info; on a piece of paper? |
happytbaby:I understand that but the form is more or less a new application. That's just my major concern |
A555:Thanks a lot. Yours was Accra too right and you also received the bolded clause? |
Please guys, help clarify my doubt. In sending the my passport and other documents for COPR, do I really need to send IMM008 family update even if nothing has changed in my status? The IMM008 form I saw online seems like a new visa application form asking for all details. Do I really need to fill it (about 5 pages) even as nothing changed in my status? Those that have received their visa and COPR from Accra should educate me please. This is an excerpt of the ppr mail: UPDATED FAMILY INFORMATION: You must advise us of any change in your marital status or family composition. All family members must be listed on your IMM008 and Additional Family Information forms. Failure to comply may result in a delay in the issuance of your visa. |

Thank you all. Pls for those that have sent their passports to Ghana, did you use DHL or VFS? Also, what and what do I send before I overdo things. I have read the mail but it seems a bit confusing. If I understand well, I need to print the ppr mail and send alongside my passport, 2 passport photos, self-addressed envelope, filled eye and height chart and IMM form for change of status. Do I need to send the IMM form with list of all family members as filled in the application even if nothing changed? Please kindly assist. |
Saintp:I think the mail was queued as the date on the ppr document is 20th April but I received it early hours of Saturday the 21st. |
Timeline: AoR: Dec 17 Med Passed: Dec 28 NA1: Dec 28 IP1: Dec 29 NA2: Jan 4 IP2: Feb 27 PPR: April 21 No ADR(s). My profile had the "ghost" update on Friday and by Saturday, Ppr mail landed. I think my Visa office is Ottawa judging from the ppr mail. Good luck guys, I wish you all the best. |
