Check your EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) valve, maybe it has been clogged, stuck closed or opened. Vacuum leaks also must be checked. Your throttle body must be checked for dirts and oil stains.

I agree with him.

Cleaning your EGR valve should help for the meantime.

Learn to calculate the amount of Paint buckets you need for your home.

Painting your home can be easier than you thin. Calculating the quantity of Paint buckets you will need, can be easily calculated.
Mabolc will guide you through the steps in calculating the quantity of Paint buckets needed for a standard room.
Tools needed
• Measuring tape
• A second-hand to assist with measurements.

There are two Paint bucket sizes in Nigeria:
• 4 Litres (approx.. 1 Gallon)
• 20 Litres (approx.. 5 Gallons)

The volume of Paint needed for the Ceiling and Walls are calculated independently.
As seen in the picture, we have:
• A room that is 30 feet by 18 feet
• Window that is 3 feet by 5 feet
• Door that is 3 feet by 7 feet
• You need 1 Gallon of Paint for 350 sq.ft

1. Ceiling calculation
• The Ceiling has no windows or doors, so our calculation can be straight forward.
18 feet * 30 feet = 540 sq.ft
• The gallons of Paint needed will be:
540/350 = 1.542 gallons
This means you will need:
1.542 gallons * 4 liters/1 gallon
= 6.17 liters
• You will need to purchase Two buckets of 4 liters paint if you are in Nigeria. Though you should have at least 1.5 liters of Paint left over.

2. Room wall calculations
• The walls total area should be:
= (10 feet * 18 feet) + (10 feet * 18 feet) + (10 feet * 30 feet) + (10 feet * 30 feet)
= 10 feet (18 + 18 + 30 + 30) feet
= 960 sq.ft

• Let us calculate the area occupied by the windows:
= (3 feet * 5 feet) *2 = 30 sq.ft

• Let us calculate the area occupied by the doors:
= (3 feet * 7 feet) * 2 = 42 sq.ft

• Calculate the Wall area to be painted:
= (960 – 30 – 42) sq.ft
= 888 sq.ft
• Total gallons of Paint needed:
= 888 sq.ft * (1 gallon/350sq.ft)
= 2.537 gallons
• Calculate the liters of paint needed:
= 2.537 gallons * 4 liters/1 gallon
= 10.148 liters

• You can either choose to buy 3 buckets of 4 liters Paint and have about 1.5 liters of paint left.
OR
You could just buy a 20 liters bucket of paint and keep the 9.5 liters left over.

Now if you intend to change a wall color or to paint on dry wall, you will need to double coat the paint.
So actual paint quantity needed:
• Paint needed for walls:
= 10.148 liters * 2 (for double coat)
= 20.296 liters
You can just purchase a 20 liters paint bucket if you are in Nigeria. It should just be about enough....or just get an extra 4 liters bought.
